I'm getting E5 = Ice Maker Thermistor is bad. I then ran Service Test 57 - Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested. Ran Service Test 45 - Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker Filled. I then ran Service Test 36 - Ice Box Fan Motor Test. Ice Maker Fan Motor is running. Ran Service Test 15 - Emitter Board Test for Ice Bin. Emitters are changing from 02 to 01. Unplugged the unit for 5 mins. Reran Service Test 56 - Ice Maker Error Codes. I'm now getting E0 = No error codes. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref #. Per Whirlpool Techline the unit would need to be unplugged for 5 mins for the unit to reset it self after replacing the Ice Maker. Per Whirlpool Techline, don't replace any parts yet. If the cx calls back Reorder Ice Maker = W11579560 & User Interface = W11579559. Don't go without parts."

"Cx complaint AF message on display. stert button not responding. Ran test mode, found F4E3 and F2E1 error. Noticed that the cx didn't hold the start button long enough to make the cycle start. Instructed cx. Tersted unit by running a high heat time dry cycle. The temperature at the exhaust cycled between 159F and 123F. Cx needs the vent cleaned. Collected $120"

cx complaint is one day she saw water or oil on the floor where the feet are and now theres spots on the floor. no codes in unit. recalibrated and ran auto test. unit ran smooth and quiet through all stages of cycle. pulled unit and no sign of of or water. ran a quick cycle to see if unit would leak. canceled and drained and pulled unit. nothing seen or found. cx said it was when she did a big comforter. water may of been spraying over the top as unit may of been to full. she will keep a eye on unit and make sure units not overfull or filled to top and see what happens. she will pay 120 service call.

"cx complaint unit shakes, leaks and overall just performs poorly. checked unit found F0E9. checked tub ring for potential leaks, no issues with that. no signs of water deposits under unit. no apparent issues sticking out. called techline spoke with Chris. advised to have cx load unit infront of tech to see how theyre loading it. found a service pointer W11617330 Rev. A speaking about the exact issue shes having. advised the cx of what pointer had to say. also found banging noise coming from drain hose vibrating on cabinet and informed cx she's missing the U piece to go into her pipe stand to keep drain hose from popping out."

"Cx complained ice would not dispense. Inspected the unit and found that ice was clumping. Removed ice and tested and it dispenses ice. Removed ice maker and poured water in it and it did not leak out. Installed ice maker and tested step 97 and when filling, water did not drip out. Tested the ice box fan in step 59 and it turns on and brings air to the IB. Changed temp settings from -4 to 0 and from 33 to 37 recommended. Job complete"
