A speaking about the exact issue shes having. advised the cx of what pointer had to say. also found banging noise coming from drain hose vibrating on cabinet and informed cx she's missing the U piece to go into her pipe stand to keep drain hose from popping out."

cx complaint is one day she saw water or oil on the floor where the feet are and now theres spots on the floor. no codes in unit. recalibrated and ran auto test. unit ran smooth and quiet through all stages of cycle. pulled unit and no sign of of or water. ran a quick cycle to see if unit would leak. canceled and drained and pulled unit. nothing seen or found. cx said it was when she did a big comforter. water may of been spraying over the top as unit may of been to full. she will keep a eye on unit and make sure units not overfull or filled to top and see what happens. she will pay 120 service call.

I then ran Service Test 36 - Ice Box Fan Motor Test. Ice Maker Fan Motor is running. Ran Service Test 15 - Emitter Board Test for Ice Bin. Emitters are changing from 02 to 01. Unplugged the unit for 5 mins. Reran Service Test 56 - Ice Maker Error Codes. I'm now getting E0 = No error codes. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref #. Per Whirlpool Techline the unit would need to be unplugged for 5 mins for the unit to reset it self after replacing the Ice Maker. Per Whirlpool Techline, don't replace any parts yet. If the cx calls back Reorder Ice Maker = W11579560 & User Interface = W11579559. Don't go without parts."

"CX complaint is that the unit is making a noise during the spin cycles. I found no errors in diag. I was able to run 2 auto test and manuel spin cycles on low, led, and high speed spins. I the unit ot be making sounds common to normal opperation. I suggested CX consider Washer Machine vibration pads to help with unit going oof ballance. I could not recreate the concerns. CX will call back if it happens again."

"cx complaint 3 times now unit has gotten stuck when filling/rinsing said it fills up then drains and will refill and wont stop so had to unplug unit and has used since but issue keeps returning. inspected unit then checkd for errors and had f3e3 f0e3 f1e2 cleared codes and ran service cycle and when agitating unit doesnt sound good but spin part sounds great. found 2 quarters sidebyside in agitator causing noise and was hard to turn, removed changed and agitating sounds good now. ran valve thermister test and when hot was activated temp did go then showed -1 and went back to 50. unit has a water valve issue. ordering valve and control for return parts are instock but need to get approved first; ordrng 1 W11413407 (valve assem) and 1 W11419051 (control)"

"Cs units is making a noise, replaced rollers per previous tech request but i found the left side shaft that is closer to the burner is out of round and spreading metal shaving everywhere. Also tried to replace the idler but the new idler came in with a chunk of the pulley broken off(see pics). Reordering idler and ordering both left and right roller shafts.
