"CX complaint: unit wont drainUpon arrival, I found the topload washer was incorrectly installed on TOP of a front load pedistal. I explained to the CX its extremely unsafe to have it installed like this. I put unit into manual test mode and drained all the water. Sadly with the way its installed, I cannot further test the unit. I suspect its not agitating or spinning. but CX needs to make the unit accessable for me to properly diagnose. I found lint build up in the catcher but this is part of maintenance cleaning the vent and maybe vacum the lint out. "cx complains unit is not cooling enough, states this has been happening for 2 weeks. CX also noticed since last repair FC light does not work. RC is showing 66*F, FC is showing 15*F. Evap has 1/2 frost pattern, compressor is running and evap fan is not running even under test 3. Evap fan is recieving 5.9v volts. Called MM about sealed system and was advised to order the sealed system, compressor, evap, drier and evap fan for return visit. When removing FC LED noticed the linner was ruptured by last repairing tech and the led was not plugged in, replaced with VS LED and lights now work as designed. Called techline about the linner and spoke to Steve SR#7735867100 who said that because the unit is out of warranty they dont reccomend any repair to the linner. Was able to access unit and found ice bin had ruptured and was causing ice to bind up and not go down the chute, was also causing ice to fall out of bin, Found the FC light to have failed, was able to replace FC light with VS part. CX complian is that the power cord and outlet melted during iopperation. I found that the outlet & cord had a thermal event. I found that the power cored was imporperly installed witch may have caused a thermal ement at the outlet. I called WP TL and explained my finding. I documented pic's with TL and they agree with findings. I then called WP Safty Team and explained. my finds. I have advised CX to have a lincesed electrican come into the home and inspect and possibly replace power supply and dryer cord.

cx complaint unit gives off strong gas smell when preheating oven. cx stated once unit was up to temp it did not smell like gas. inspected unit and first took a reading with the combustable detector before starting unit. meter did not go off once with any leaks. preheated unit for 350 degree. unit reached temp and i layed the detector beside unit. detector never once went off. i let the unit cycle a couple times. unit checks good. all I could smell was the exhaust of the gas coming out the vent. no leaks were found.
