Water is a little slow to come in. Water shuttoffs are open all the way. When unit agitated or spun there was a grinding noise. Inspected parts underneath unit. Foud oil in rotor. The compressor is not running. I replaced the start device and the compressor still hums loudly then stops after a few seconds. The unit needs a new compressor. I'm ordering the part for the return visit. "CX concerns is that the unit was in 7 ' of water in a due to burst pipping above the ktichen. When I arrived I found the unit unplugged. I was able to do a visual inspection of the unit inside and / outside and in the compressor compartment and foun d no visual concerns. I plugged the unit in and unit powered on. I found the codensor fan motor and the compressor to come on. I found the interior lights to illuminate and the evap fan motor to run. I was able to opperate the control console with out issues. I advised CX to leave the unit plugged in for no less the 48 hr's to monator temps. If CX has concerns after , I have advised her to reach back out to office for further service. Unit is opperating as desigend. I collected $120.00 for service charges via check #113.; ordrng 1 LOOK (LOOK)"

Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating properly in the oven. Upon arrival I found that the unit was in a storage room at RAC and was not plugged in. I tested the elements and found the bake element at 22.1 Ohms and the broil element at 19.8 Ohms. I was able to get the unit hoooked up to the power. I then set the oven to 350 and ran a calibration. I found that the temp averaged out to 337 degrees. I adjusted the temp offset up 15 degrees. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling properly. Checked the Pressures to the unit. Low side is reading 0 . Hight side is reading 135 Psi. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 4 - Compressor Test. Waited till 3 Way Valve to open both sections. Unplugged the unit. Checked to see if the system will have equalized pressures. Removed all the Freon in the system. Charged system with 140 Psi on Nitrogen. Let unit sit for 20 mins. Garages stayed at 140 Psi.
