Customer complaint unit is not dispensing detergent. I tested the unit and found no error code ran detergent pump and is took some time after it started dispensing. I found the detergent level is not accurate the tray is almost full and is saying is 50%. I installed new inlet vavle and the water pressure is a lot better but when dispensin detergent the unit still has problems dispensing even though it was better this time it took a while for detergent to come out. Unit will need new detergent pump as well. 0 at tribles. Call customer when part is available.; ordering 1 W11596130 (Flowmeter)

"cx complaint the unit is making a lot of noise randomly and intermittently. cannot recreate the noise. checked compressor, condenser, evaporator, fan motors, etc. cannot duplicate. ordering insulation tape due to the video the cx has recorded. it seems to be coming from the condenser section and is causing a bunch of noise. tried pulling and seperating lines to recreate the noise with no luck. ordering the insulation tape to add insulation between cabinte and condenser anywhere that the refrigerant lines can potentionally make contact and make abnormal noises. also raised the front legs some more to try to keep the cardboard thats located under condenser off of the floor.; ordering 1 4219-12 (insulation tape)"

"Customer complaint unit is not drainning correctly and there is wet cloth at the ends. I ran test and the unit is completing and rinse and spin. Customer stated that sometimes she gets Fl or LF error. Look at techsheet and i can see and EL error fro the lid lock. But during the test on rinse and spin with towells the unit is locking and unlocking fine. I get no error codes and the unit is completing the cycle. After asking a few more questing the customer told me she changed from loding the cloth first to after it filled because it seems to be washing better. I explained to the customer that the unit needs to be filled with cloth first becaseu the unit has sensor to detect water level for energy efficiency and the load has to be put in first, so the machine does not get confused on water."

I removed the front panel and found a bunch on coins on the floor and on the door it could be coins slowing down the unit. I found one of the rollers is starting to sping slow but is not catching and still turns. IT may have been coins around the tub gasket and slowing down the basket. I put everything back together. Gasket was curved in on the corners causing the door not to make contact on the top left and top right corners. Had signs of water leaking down edge of door. Replaced door gasket and was ablew to shape it around the corners alot better. Tested unit and unit did not leak. If cx calls back with same issue, tub will have to be ordered to correct gasket issue. Job is complete."

"Control and lid lock replaced and power restored. Suspension tested good. Minor adjustment made to level out the cabinet. Ran test cycle and the cycle ran properly, unit remained stable, and the lid lock is working properly. Has the customer load the unit to make sure that there is not any issue with the unit that is only showing up while it is loaded and to make sure that the unit is being loaded properly. Customer normally uses the quick wash cycle, so that is what was used. Customer just dumped the load into the unit without trying to distribute the load. Unit rebalanced on its own during agitate and the unit was able to spin normally. Suggested that customer try to balance the load when initally loading the unit. Unit is working properly."
