Cx complaint is that the unit will not start a cycle. Upon arrival I found that the unit is entering the cycle but when the unit attempts to move it is not. I found that the screws had come out of the cover and then caused the belt to come off of the drive pulley and motor. I was able to reattach the cover and secure it. Cx complaint the temps are too hot. Set temp on low and on normal cycle and found the the heat low. Did same test on medium and high temps and could feel the difference. Instructed cx to make sure the dial is set to the certain cycle for time and heat. Also informed about using the cool down cycles on timed dry.Unit runs as designed

"Cx complaint unit makes grinding noise. Spun basket manually and found no noise. Ran test cycle and when the unit was slowing down at the end of spin, unit made loud grinding noise. Inspected underneath and found the bolt to splutch wasn't tight causing the teeth to grind. cx complaint unit worked for about a week before slowly begining to rise in temp over the course of a month. found unit at room temp upon arrival. removed rear panel to attach guages and immediately found that the schraeder valve in the filter drier is leaking as soon as the brass cover was removed. this would align with the timeline of the temp increase indicated by the cx. replaced schraeder and pulled unit into 30 inch vacuum and unit held and accepted 64 g charge of r600a. unit now checks good.

"cx complaint is the unit not powering on. cx said it didn't drain all the water. i restored power and sensing started flashing. held start until the light went off. unit will not power on, will not go into diagnostic mode. i unplugged everything from the board and restored power, no changes. outlet is wired correctly. board has 121vac. i found the drain pump reads 20ohms (spec is 120-130). unit will need drain pump and control board. ordering pump, marking board for use on return.; ordering 1 W10919003 (pump-water)"

"customer complaint is a unit's not cooling. Inspected unit and found unit is at room temperature. I attached my gauges to the system and found that the low side was a negative 29 in and high side was barely at 35 PSI. I then check unit for leaks in the compressor area, freezer area and RC area. I did not find any green dye using my UV light and glasses. I then charge the system with 140 PSI of nitrogen. And checked all areas that I could touch with mega bubble elite detector solution. I did not find any bubbles anywhere. And then found that my pressures have dropped 15 psi and less than 5 minutes and I could not hear any leaks or see any bubbles forming from the leak detector solution. I called tech line and documented what I found and what I did. Tech line said that unit is going into review and will notify me and the customer tomorrow."
