"upon arrival, found oven full of white cleaner residue. cx used easy off oven spray. advised cx to not use that spray from now on because it can strip away liner. also that he may want to wipe out as much of the cleaner residue as possible before using unit because it may smell and smoke alot. wrong ignitor ordered, have broil ignitor not bake ignitor. old bake ignitor looks clean and ignites burner immediately so no reason to replace it anyway. removed flame shield, found another grease puddle. tried to clean it as best i could with soapy water and wiped out all soap with wet rag. replaced burner tube. tested, working properly at thistime. advised cx to wipe out cleaners and run unit at 450 and monitor it for an hour to burn off cleaners andmake sure no fires. unit is now working properly"

"customer complaint is a unit's not cooling. Inspected unit and found unit is at room temperature. I attached my gauges to the system and found that the low side was a negative 29 in and high side was barely at 35 PSI. I then check unit for leaks in the compressor area, freezer area and RC area. I did not find any green dye using my UV light and glasses. I then charge the system with 140 PSI of nitrogen. And checked all areas that I could touch with mega bubble elite detector solution. I did not find any bubbles anywhere. And then found that my pressures have dropped 15 psi and less than 5 minutes and I could not hear any leaks or see any bubbles forming from the leak detector solution. I called tech line and documented what I found and what I did. Tech line said that unit is going into review and will notify me and the customer tomorrow."

cx complaint unit worked for about a week before slowly begining to rise in temp over the course of a month. found unit at room temp upon arrival. removed rear panel to attach guages and immediately found that the schraeder valve in the filter drier is leaking as soon as the brass cover was removed. this would align with the timeline of the temp increase indicated by the cx. replaced schraeder and pulled unit into 30 inch vacuum and unit held and accepted 64 g charge of r600a. unit now checks good.
