Customer complaint unit is not draining. I tested the unit and the unit is not tunring on. I took off the kick plate and found the drain pump is getting powerand humming. I removed the pump and found debry but still just humming. I replace the pump and found the unit has a air gap. I found debry in it and clear it. Unit is now draining. Adviced the customer to get a plumber and connect the dishwasher to the disposal directly and remove the air gap. He said the are getting the kitchen removel next month and they will tell the comntractor to make sure that gets done. Unit is back to normal operations.

Cx complaint is that the unit is not turning on or responding to any inputs. Upon arrivla I found that the cx had her some crackling noises and the lights flickered. The cx flipped the breaker and then when they restored power the unit was unresponsive. I attempted to enter into diag mode and was unsuccessful. I then attempted to slide the unit out of the cabinet and found that the molding around the unit is sepreating from the cabinet. I was unable to access the controls. I am ordering the controls and console and will need a 2nd tech to remove the unit from the cabinet safely to finsih diagnosing the issue. Customer complaint unit was leaking from the ice maker but after they turn it off the unit stopped leaking. I tested unit and the foiund there is ice cubes blocking the exit. I remvoed the cubes and tested ice maker and the ice maker is harvesting fine and stopping and not leaking. I could not get it to workj after removed extra ice. Customer stated there was a magnet on the door gasket and frost on the wall. Maybe there wsa frost in the ice maekr and got stuck on filling. collected 120 unti is back to normal operations.

CX complaint is npo cool both sections. Pulled FC evap cover and found what appeared to be UV dye was not. Checked pressures and got 28vac on low side and 5psi on hi side. Pulled drier schraeder and no refrigerant or pressure. Remove compressor schraeder and when it sucked air in it went through system. Isolated cabinet line and pressurized with nitrogen(40psi) and it immediately started leaking from up inside cabinetat steel line from condenser.Spoke to Nate from WPTL. Unit deemed non-repairable OOW. Gave CX SR# to contact AIG for further action. Unit is not repaired. Job is complete
