Customer complaint is that the door is not level and is not closing on its own like it should. Also the door is sticking out at the bottom and it's not level with the left door. I inspected unit and found closure cam device completely missing from door hinge and door this may have not been taken out of the last order when it was replaced. I had cam closure device and then I was able to install it and preload the hinge or reload the hinge however you want to say it. After installing cam still had same issue with door sticking out. I found doors and effective. Unit will need new right door. Reordering right door. Customer also is complaining about freezer burned items in freezer on top shelf and drawers. I found a refreezable cooling pad in the pizza drawer section that I believe that was holding the door open. I found this out after several times opening closing the door one time the door would not close. I looked down and found this freezer pad hanging down through the freezer door area in between the freezer door and the lower drawer. I showed customer this.. I found that the compressor was not shutting off in test mode. I advise customer to reset power it should restore power to control board and should fix this freezing issue in the freezer. cx complaint unit not completing spin cycle. upon arrival cx had left the interupted cycle in the unit with the error code flashing on the display. found code f0e9 and items still in the spin basket completely saturated. cleared code and began a simple 'drain spin' cycle and contacted techline to further document. during drain spin unit never advanced past the 'sensing' portion of the cycle. unit never achieved high speed spin (or even anywhere close) and there was no significant banging of the tub/cabinet prior to unit prematurely interupting the cycle. per techline shifter and harness are not transmitting signal to control to registerrps speed. unit will need parts.; ordering 1 W11643701 (lower harness)

I then ran the diag cycle and found that the unit is not agitating or spinning. The motor is but the basket and agitator is not. I tipped the unit back and found that the belt had popped off. The nut on the splutch had vibrated loose allowing the pulley to slip of the shaft. I also found that the pulley on the motor has signs of wear from the belt. I am ordering the cover and reordering the belt, motor and splutch.
