Removed ice maker and poured water in it and it did not leak out. Installed ice maker and tested step 97 and when filling, water did not drip out. Tested the ice box fan in step 59 and it turns on and brings air to the IB. Changed temp settings from -4 to 0 and from 33 to 37 recommended. Job complete"

cx complaint is one day she saw water or oil on the floor where the feet are and now theres spots on the floor. no codes in unit. recalibrated and ran auto test. unit ran smooth and quiet through all stages of cycle. pulled unit and no sign of of or water. ran a quick cycle to see if unit would leak. canceled and drained and pulled unit. nothing seen or found. cx said it was when she did a big comforter. water may of been spraying over the top as unit may of been to full. she will keep a eye on unit and make sure units not overfull or filled to top and see what happens. she will pay 120 service call.

Cx complaint unit not working. Was able to access unit and found in garage unplugged. Plugged unit in and removed evap cover. Ohmed out both thermistors at 5.031K ohms which was ambient temp at the time. Found everything kept powering off. Replaced control with pre-id and unit ran but frost pattern never formed. Spoke with Sealed System tech EW and ordering parts needed for repair. "cx complaint the unit is freezing rodcue in bottom drawers, frosting in freezer, ice clumping in dispenser and not dispensing, ice bin getting stuck, etc. found the fresh chill on assorted. that keeps the damper motor open. set unit to the produce section which keeps that damper closed. next i noticed that the ice chute seal does not have a indention all the way around the gasket. therfore, ordering a new motor and gasket to solce that issue. that can also cause the unit to frsot up in the freezer seciton if moisture is getting into the freezer through the ice chute. also ordering some sealant to seal the cabinet in freezer as well. finally, the ice bucket stuck. auger motor not dispening crushed proeprly. caused damage to motor and bucket. ordering all parts needed to resolve the issue.; ordrng 1 WPW10546285 (motor ice chute) and 1 WPW10504458 (door-chute) and 1 W11574171 (ice container) and 1 W10822606 (auger motor) and 1 93249 (clear silicone sealant)"

Replaced cam and actuator from VS. WM also has a sever balnce issue and walks all over floor. Tried to adjust level legs but 2 were siezed in place and going to have to be replaced in order for unit to function properly in spin. Ordering levelers..
