Customers complaint is front right burner not working properly. Found loose connection on the switch. Reinstalled all check ok.

Customer complaint is that the door is not level and is not closing on its own like it should. Also the door is sticking out at the bottom and it's not level with the left door. I inspected unit and found closure cam device completely missing from door hinge and door this may have not been taken out of the last order when it was replaced. I had cam closure device and then I was able to install it and preload the hinge or reload the hinge however you want to say it. After installing cam still had same issue with door sticking out. I found doors and effective. Unit will need new right door. Reordering right door. Customer also is complaining about freezer burned items in freezer on top shelf and drawers. I found a refreezable cooling pad in the pizza drawer section that I believe that was holding the door open. I found this out after several times opening closing the door one time the door would not close. I looked down and found this freezer pad hanging down through the freezer door area in between the freezer door and the lower drawer. I showed customer this.. I found that the compressor was not shutting off in test mode. I advise customer to reset power it should restore power to control board and should fix this freezing issue in the freezer. Customer complaint unit is displaying F8E4 error i found the unit tray catcher is full of water. I ran test and found the unit is draining and completing a test cycle. When checking the unit i found the drain hose does not have a highloop and the unit may be puting water back into the dishawsher. I ran a quick cycle and found the drain pump is working but is getting really hot it may be going bad or overheating and not draining water. ORdering drain pump.; ordering 1 W11412291 (Pump)

Customer complaint unit is not filling with water. I tested the unit and found the unit is not filling becasue the water is off. I turned on water and tested. Unit is back to normal operations. Cx just movedn in the house.

"Customer complaint is at the unit stop cooling. I asked customer if he ever heard any clicking sounds coming from the back of the unit customer said no. Customer stated that one day it came to the unit and everything had thawed out. Unit was unplugged when I arrived. Before I opened up the system to remove the compressor I wanted to verify that the complaint was accurate. I plugged you in and did not hear anything coming from the compressor I put unit in the service test to manually turn the compressor on. And compressor did not turn on. when in this test I checked for voltage to the start relay device and out of the start relay device I had sometimes 26 volts ac and sometimes 50 volts ac at one point I had 100 volt AC but this is without the start relay device hooked up to the compressor after seeing the 100 volts at the start relay device I then plugged it back into the compressor and compressor still not turned on. So I will then went to the control board and check for power to the control board which I had 122 volts and then power out of the control board to the compressor to pin 7 and had 122 volts and then went back down to the start relay device and checked for power. I still had 26 volts or sometimes 40 volts it depends. I checked compressor windings and had 4.8 ohms, 5.7 ohms, and 9.8 ohms. So I started to inspect the wiring and the connectors to the start relay device I then found and noticed that the black wire to the start really device is double insulated. And the inside insulation was crimped inside the connector and just a little bit of wire was touching the connector. I wiggled the connector on the wire and the connector came off the wire. I found that this was the issue and splice wire and reconnected a brand new speed connector. And then reattach connector to the start relay device and start related advice to the compressor. And then the compressor turned on. I called tech line and documented the findings and the repairs. I verified unit is making a frost pattern and is now cooling."

cx says the refrigerator door and gasket have already been replaced from the seller but the door is still not sealing. found the entire bottom of the refrigerator door is not sealed to the cabinet. the seal from the cabinet to the liner is good. the cx says the unit has been running nonstop and since the unit is not containing the cold air that tracks. heated the gasket and was able to seal the gasket to the door. the door is now sealing good to the cabinet. the unit is now good

"Customer complaint is the refrigerator temperatures are going above 40 to 45 degrees sometimes. Customer stated that Friday nobody was home for 11 hours and when they came home the refrigerator was close to 45�. Upon arrival customer had thermometer in the refrigerator and it showed 35 degrees the unit was cooling. Customer had emptied the freezer before I arrived the lowest temperature I got in the freezer was 22�. I put unit into test mode I checked test one, test two they both showed passing for their misters. I put unit into test 3 the air baffle cycled and I can feel air coming out of the top of the air tower. Test 37 ice maker bin test should pass test 58 ice maker thermistor showed 01 pass. I removed the freezer door and drawers also evaporator cover and found unit had a full Frost pattern. I inspected compressor did not hear any streams or abnormal noises. I checked thermistors at control board p5-1 to p5-2 for refrigerator thermistor and it showed 8.5 k ohms. I checked freezer thermistor p5-3 to p5-4 and had 10.95 ohms and this was after I had the freezer open for some time. I put defrost setting to 02 for 8 hour defrost. I called tech line and explained the issue and when I'm finding. Tech line advised the only thing that could potentially be the issue is the main control. I advise the customer this and that the control will need to be replaced per tech line. I also advised that this part is not covered under the warranty. Part shows 10 plus in stock when I checked it on parts marketplace but it did not tell me the location on the website but I could see that it showed 10 plus in stock most likely at whirlpool because tribbles website shows zero. Customer advised me that they were in touch with appliance Land and appliance Land advised them to tell me to write RA on the ticket. I advise a customer that they should probably reach out to appliance Land. I also left customer with documentation number if they have any questions for whirlpool. Customer did not pay at this time for part labor shipping or tax. Advise the customer to contact us after they talk to appliance Land. ; ordering 1 W11224256 (Control board)"

complaint is the FC door being stuck open and water leaking onto floor. i found drain line is clogged causing sheet of ice. cleared all ice and cleared drain line. duckbill at end of line was stuck shut. i cleaned it and reinstalled it. cx did not want to pay for new parts that were the same as the old parts. cx paid 120 for service call. unit is working as designed.

Once all ice was removed, took bin out and poured water down the chute and found it leak through dispenser. The chute door isn't sealing and allowing air to get up inside bin and partially melt and re-freeze ice. Also found the bin leaks from underneath. Installed new door and tested. Unit is back to normal operations.

Replaced compressor from previous diagnosis and pressure tested unit. Found the leak to be coming from a lok ring fitting on the suction tube going into the cabinet. Replaced lockring fitting. Pressure tested unit and had no leaks. Vacumed down and refilled with 50g of r600a. Unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

Reservoir thawed. Gaskets installed on new evap fan assy and evap fan assembly replaced. Unit is working properly. Old parts left with customer.
