Cx complaint is that the unit has a peice that fell in the bottom and they are smelling gas. Upon arrival I found thatthe peice that was in the lower oven was an orifice. I removed the covers and found that the orifices are in the burner tubes. I verified that they are all secure. The orifice was left in the unit from when the unit was converted from natural gas. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

arrived to unit unplugged in the garage of home.. when plugged in and called TL for ss advice being questionable being in garage. i found the to have occur a full frost pattern and then when chcking temp with coupler in water temps went to5 degrees before i had left.. called tl spoke to nate...unit today with 70 degree temps int the outside temp is working as designed and appears to be functional but wiill advise cx to run indoors more consistant temp swings for consistant temp cooling.

Customer complaint is that the interior oven is not level. This is causing cooking issues inside the oven. Customer is experience when cooking that food has slid to the back of the dish and towards the back of the unit. So items that are being cooked or lopsided in the dish leaning towards the back. Customer has tried leveling the unit several times and has had a Jenn-Air installer to level the unit. I inspected unit found that cooktop is level from front to back and to side to side I documented pictures inside the ticket. I then checked the oven racks. Customer had one rack on the center rack positioning and inside the oven. With the rack pushed back into the oven and the level on the top of the rack the level is a complete bubble out of level leaning towards the back. With the rack pulled out it's about a quarter to half a bubble out of level. I tried this on the second third and fourth rack positions and had no change in leveling inside the oven. Customer also had a brand new rack that appears to not have been used that was sitting to the side I did the same tests with the brand new rack and had similar results. When rack was inside the oven it was leaning back a full bubble out of level. And on the new rack when pulled out the rack was about a quarter to half bubble out of level. I called tech line and explained the issues that the unit was having. I tried to get tech line to send me a link so I could show pictures to attach to the file that I've taken. Tech line tried several times to send me a link and I was unable to receive it. But tech line advised me that I can split the difference with leveling the oven by lowering the front feet or raising the rear feet to help adjust the leveling of the oven. And tech line then provide me a documentation number. I left documentation number with the customer. Customer states that he has already tried to split the difference by leveling it by raising the feet in the rear or dropping the feet on the front. But when this is done then it makes the cooktop not level at all. Customer will reach out to jennair customer service for further discussion.

CX complaint is banging noise in air fry. Inspected/tested and could not verify noise. I had unit taken apart and found no defects with parts ordered. I did find that the conv fan does not work at all in air fry.. It does work in convect bake. This could be causing fan baffle to expand without circulating heat from conv element. F6E4 Float switch open. Customer complaint unit is not washing. I tested the unit and found the unit is not filling and has a f6E4 error code/ Found the water level sensor was not sitting on the switch and the arm came off. I reseated and secured everything and tested. Unit is back to normal operations.

CX complaint was that the upper oven door venting broke. I found that bthe venting plastic broke . I was able to access and replace the outer door. Unit test good. I collected payment in the aount of $537.73 via credit card.

CX complaint was that the unit was leaking water from under the unit. I was able to remove the kick plate and fou nd a bowl CX placed under the sump full of water. I quoted CX for the cost of repair in the amount of $508.57. I collected $120.00 for service charges via credit card. CX will call into the office at a later date if repair is wanted.

cx complaint unit made a pop sound a smoke came out from control area. I found the unit was unplugged. I plugged unit in and found unit powered up. I placed a cup of water in unit and ran unit for 1 min and found water was hot. i removed control and found no signs of thermal event or smells of any kind. ran units lights and fans and found them all to work. heated water again for 3 mins and found unit heated water with out issue. called saftey to unit checks good.

cx complaint unit leaking on floor and damaging carpet tiles. inspected unit and found that the ice forming on the bottom of the fc is thawing and leaking out bottom of fc door. found this is caused by failed drain tube clogging and backing up with ice. replaced drain tube and addressed unit per Technical Service Pointer #: W11397260A. collected for 100% service call and labor. parts covered. unit now checks good.

Cx complaint is that the unit is getting hotter than it should. Upon arrival I tested the temps at the low setting and the high setting. I found that the low setting averaged to 136 degrees and the high setting was at 142 degrees. I found that the cx does small to med loads. I informed the cx that smaller loads are going to get done quicker and feel hotter. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

Replaced compressor from previous diagnosis and pressure tested unit. Found the leak to be coming from a lok ring fitting on the suction tube going into the cabinet. Replaced lockring fitting. Pressure tested unit and had no leaks. Vacumed down and refilled with 50g of r600a. Unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

Installed new door and tested. Unit is back to normal operations.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Microwave has a Burning Smell. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. Tried to Heat the Microwave. Microwave then started to Click / Flutter like a relay is stuck. Then the Microwave shut down. Checked the Microwave Appliance Manager. No signs of Burning. I then checked the unit Appliance Manager Board. No Burning. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref #. Per Whirlpool Techline to replace the Door Switches & Appliance Manager Board. ( Call Dropped couldn't get Sr number); ordering 1 W11325786 (Whirlpool Microwave Control Board) and 1 W11578578 (HARNS-WIRE) and 3 W10211972 (Whirlpool Microwave Door Switch)s and 1 Looklook (Look look)

Installed the Sump Motor. Tested the unit. No leaks. All buttons are working on the unit. Unit is working as Designed.

Customer complaint unit is displaying F8E4 error i found the unit tray catcher is full of water. I ran test and found the unit is draining and completing a test cycle. When checking the unit i found the drain hose does not have a highloop and the unit may be puting water back into the dishawsher. I ran a quick cycle and found the drain pump is working but is getting really hot it may be going bad or overheating and not draining water. ORdering drain pump.; ordering 1 W11412291 (Pump)
