Complaint unit will not continue to heat. After previous tech visit they had stated to replace fan board. Installed new board and found was still not working. Inspected harness and found it was not seated all the way on connector of main board. Fan is now working but unit doesnt continue to heat after 15 seconds. Found cooling fan to not move either. After seating harness it now works. Called Techline and waited on hold for 30 minutes SR#7735177156. Came to conclusion after testing voltage at P4-1 to ground and had 119vac. Tested voltage at transformer during heat cycle and had 122vac. Found two wires on harness not connected to control all the way. Unit needs new transformer. "Per prior tech and sticky note, arrived to unit and called WPTL. checked for error codes before testing and found F7E7 motor not reaching target RPM. Called WPTL and spoke to Bruce SR#7735178022. Per WPTL cleared error code and tested unit manually and automatically. error code did not reoccur and unit completed tests without issue. Per WPTL checked wire harness at actuator and drain pump and did find the cover for the drain pump at the connector broken off but wires were still intact on connection. per WPTL lower harness should be replaced. Gearcase, motor, belt, and actuator were not recommended at this time but will use on return visit in case there is still an issue after replacing lower harness. cannot reschedule due to 0 stock in UM.; ordrng 1 W11545744 (lower harness)"

"cx complaint rc light is dim and water dispensing slowly and icemaker not working intermittently. seems icemaker issue is because of low water pressure, ice container full of almost normal sized cubes. cx mentioned they get tiny cubes sometimes. noticed filter needs changed and cx had a new one. replaced filter and that seemed to help water flow a little but still slow coming out of dispenser. checked water supply. turned shutoff valve off to disconnect water supply and when i turned it back on i have no water coming out now. seems water flow issue is in shutoff valve. replaced rc led, light working properly now, and advised cx to call plumber to correct water supply and call back if its still slow coming out of dispenser. quoted 338.53, paid in full with c/c."

"I was able to uninstall the unit and replaced the harness. I then tested and found the same results. I reented Diag and found errors to include F10E2 and F10E3. I ran the unit with the vent fan connected and found the disruption at the UI causing the unit to malfuntion. I canceled the cycle and disconnected the vent fan motor. I then ran the unit and found it to be opperating as designed. I called Whirlpool and explained my finds. I am ordering 1 vent fan motor (W11414073) . Once the part is avalible, please ahve somone form the office call ot set a retun date. Please see SR # 7735122651.; ordrng 1 W11414073 (vent fan motor) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"
