I found cx is not using the auto detergent at bottom. reservoir was empty. found cx is using to much detergent. dispenser is over filling. advised cx to only use 2 table spoons. unit now checks good."

"cx complaint filters still only lasting a week or 2 before they get clogged up. verified complaint. cx bought this filter directly from kitchenaid and still only lasted less than 2weeks. cx feels he can see the water flow slowing down by the time he finishes flushing the 3g of water that needs to be flushed whenever changing filter. cx had his water tested and found it only has slight traces of iron and its a little hard. flow is perfect without filter in and dispenses 8oz of water in 8sec. called techline. techline is still insisting that there must be something in water supply clogging up filters and recommended to not replace any parts and having an in-line filter installed. advised cx of this and left him with sr# and cx service number to call. unit operating as designed"

"Cx complaint is that the unit ran about 3 loads after the repair and then stopped spinning the clothes out again Upon arrival I found an F7E1, and F7E6. I then ran the diag cycle and found that the unit is not agitating or spinning. The motor is but the basket and agitator is not. I tipped the unit back and found that the belt had popped off. The nut on the splutch had vibrated loose allowing the pulley to slip of the shaft. I also found that the pulley on the motor has signs of wear from the belt. I am ordering the cover and reordering the belt, motor and splutch.
