Cx complaint missing part. After previous visit door was installed and did not have door pad installed. This was causing the door to touch the cabinet which would cause scratches and damage to frame. Installed new pad and re aligned door. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

"Customer complaint is that the unit stopped working after they did one load and the unit was very hot. Inspected unit found after pressing start button the unit would not tumble or respond. I found that tube is crimped in multiple areas but is only about 4 ft long. I removed vent from the wall and immediately noticed it was completely clogged with lynn. I remove that from unit and found the same exact thing. I documented lit in the vent. I cleared all lit with lint brush. And reformed then. I removed back panel and sound thermal fuse had opened again and was also missing a quarter inch screw from the thermal fuse where it mounts to the blower housing. I reinstalled new thermal fuse from Van stock and quarter inch screw. I reattached event and tested unit. Unit is now heating and has good air flow. I also went outside to make sure that vent door was opening properly and it is now after removing lint from vent door as well. I advise customer that they should replace vent here very soon just do to the crimps that were in it and to have a better airflow. Customer understands and unit is now working properly; ordering 1 WP3392519 (Thermal fuse) and 1 LookAHvs (Look AH vs), used 1 WP3392519 (Thermal fuse) from stock"

"Customer complaint is that the unit had a f9e0 for miswired unit error code. Inspected unit found unit had f 1e5 inverter failure, f 6 e8 appliance manager lost communication. 980 miswired unit. Customer States that they would have this error code appear they would cancel the unit restart the unit and then it would work. Customer also state is on Friday that the power went out to the whole community for about 3 hours and then the unit in the house powered back on and the unit began to work. Without any issues. I then cleared all error codes and tested all functions. I found microwave is heating properly oven is heating properly all fans are working. I did notice that microwave light bulb is burnt out. I advise customer that control boards are covered under entitlements but labor, service call, shipping and tax are not. Customer would like light bulb replaced. I collected for the light bulb, service call, labor, shipping and tax. . Customer paid for total with credit card. Light bulb and stock it troubles. Ordering part. "cx complaint unit making same grinding noise when agitating. f7e5 shifter fault stored, not sure if new or leftover. autotest runs good with no noise. started normal cycle with clothes inside unit. heard noise after it finished sensing. then it got stuck trying to shift and never stopped. old splutch is still sitting on dryer and can see 2 teeth broken off, new pulley has a small skip marks on teeth. can see a little oil leaking from gearcase. agitator teeth are rusting. drive hub looks good but i replaced hub anyway. replaced gearcase. calibration and autotest rangood. ran normal washcycle with small load of clothes inside and unit made noise again within 5min of switching to wash. bad gearcase must have damaged new splutch. ordering splutch, actuator and agitator, instock. returning 4/13; ordering 1 W11550891 (agitator) and 1 W10721967 (splutch(REORDER)) and 1 W11481722 (actuator(REORDER)) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"

cx called the Aig and got the ticket sent over correctly. checked the unit and found that the touch panel is unresponsive when trying to touch it. ordeirng a new touch panel control to resolve the issue. will return once the parts ocme in.; ordering 1 W11339753 (touch panel)

F9E1 product not draining. Customer stated that the error code comes after 5 min or after 30 min. and the unit is not draining. I ran test found F9E1 erro code. I then ran quick cycle and still did not get a code but the water flow is low and it takes a few seconds to build up pressure. I replace the drain pump and now the unit is drainnig with more pressure. If the customer call back the board may be needed. Unit is back to normal operations.

Customer complaint unit was the unit stopped in the midldle of the cycle and lights flashing. She tried to cancelled and did not work so she unplugged it. I plugged unit is and the unit started draining and after i ranntest found F5E1 error lid lock issue lid is up. I ran test a bunch of times quick wash nothing the unit is very loud when agitating. I looked under and the unit is leaking oil it could be the unit is shorting with the oil or we need a lid lock. Could not replicate the issue quoted for lid lock gearcase and slider. collected 120; ordering 1 W11393685 (Gearcase 263.77) and 1 W10734521 (slider 19.94)
