"CX complains unit is still shaking after last visit and also makes squeeling sound. Ran unit through diagnostic test and had no issues, ran unit through quick wash with full load with no issues, ran unit through 'color' wash with 3 pairs of jeans and unit makes squeeling sound when rotating the agitator. Unit does not make noise when turning motor or drive by hand. Called techline and spoke to Bruce SR#7735768803, who suggested checking the suspension, motor, and gearcase. Was able to put downward pressure on the suspension and rotate the basket without being able to replicate noise, ordering gearcase and motor for return visit; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W11283592 (motor) and 1 W11481722 (actuator) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11239857 (belt)"

the unit is disconnected fromt he vent and pulled out when i arrived. cx says the unit is not heating in cycle. started a timed dry and the timer is counting down but the unit is not spinning. cx says the unit was spinning last night. reset power to the unit and the unit is now started to spin but stopped quickly. no error codes in diagnostics. ran the automatic test and the unit canceled the test right away. the unit is getting 120/240/120vac to the terminal block. resety power again and the unit spins for a short time then. the unit got a f3e3(inlet). found the thermistor was disconnected. restested. the unit is now spinning and blowing but not heating. the element is open. the element has burnt in half. replaced the element and the tco and retested. the unit is now good; ordrng 1 WP8577274 (thermistor)

cx complaint is is the unit not making ice and not dispensing water. cx said filter has been replaced recently. i found just a trickle of water when dispening water. turned on and cycled IM. IM cycled but filled with only a trickle of water. i found supply line is not kinked. cx said no plumbing work has been done recently and nothing has been shut off. unit will need a new filter head. cx then told me she has a warrenty from lowes. no warrenty info was sent to us. informed cx she needs to contact lowes and have ticket sent in correctly. cx wil have new ticket sent to office.; ordrng 1 W11162042 (housing)

CX complaint is that the unit is leaking . I found that the unit is filled with suds during the test cycle. I found that CX is pre rinsing with a brush and Dawn dish soap. I explained and edjucated CX on the affets of suds and how to propperly prerinse dishes. UNit is opperating as designed. I have advised CX to run clean cycles with white vinagar to help remove the suds. CX instruct concerns .
