Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher is tripping the breaker / no User Interface Display. Checked the Terminal Block to the unit. I then checked the voltage to the unit. L1 to N = 0.27 Volts. Checked the breaker. Breaker was in the off position. Installed new Control Board . I then unplugged the Dishwasher and capped off the lines. Also unplugged the Garbage Disposal because they are on the same circuit. Tried to turn on the breaker. Breaker immediately turned clicked off. Cx will need a licensed electrician to check the breaker. I also advised to the cx that the Dishwasher needs to be on its own circuit.

"CX complaint oven burning at the bottom, cavity light out of place.Confirmed left vavity light came out from the line. Re-installed part by bending the metal clips and securing it in place. Inspected oven, found bottom plate wrongly installed and 90 degrees off. Rotete and properly installed part. Ran a 400F bake cycle, and the cx baked a frozen pizza. The pizza came out too brown for the cx. I suggested to bake it at 375F the nex time. The unit is good"

Cx complaint is that the unit stopped working and got hot. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I then plugged the unit back in and tested the voltage. I found that the unit is getting the correct voltage. I then started a timed cycle and found that the unit turned on spun but did not heat. I accessed the back of the unit and tested the tco and element. I found that the tco is reading OL. I also tested the element to chassis ground and found it to not be shorted. I was able to replace the tco and tested the unit. it is now functioning as intended.
