Cx complaint is that the ice maker has broken and found a piece in the ice bin. Upon arrival I found that the ice maker has excessive frost built up around it. I also found that a 1/4' by 1' piece has become separated from the tray. I tested the ice door and found that it is holding water until the dispenser is pushed. I then found that the Ice chute seal is misshapen and not sealing properly allowing warm air into the ice maker. I called Safety and informed them of my findings. They gave a P&L auth to cover the service. I was able to set the return visit for Tuesday 4/11 anytime.; ordering 1 W10771442 (Ice Chute)

Cx complaint unit making a thumping noise on spin cycle. Arrived today and inspected unit. Checked for error codes and had none. Ran diagnostic cycle. Found unit completed cycle with no issues. This unit is on the 2nd floor and on a pedestal. Cx stated noise happens with clothes. Ran a quick wash with normal load. Waited until unit got to wash and spin cycle. And unit completed no issue. Called Techline and explained the situation. Being that unit is on a pedestal on the 2nd floor. And spins fine with no vibration during the test cycle then it would have to be the load size or how its loaded. Cx was not happy with diag and does not want this unit. Provided Cx with customer cares number. Unit is working as intended. Job complete

cx complaint fz door gets crooked when opening from left side and also missing small door bin liners. inspected unit and verified complaint. advised cx that she has to open fz door from center of handel on models with metal basket drawers and showed cx that if the tracks do get crooked to open door all the way and close door to get them straightened up again. cx understands. unit is working properly at this time. unit missing x3 medium gripper(W10450021)

Removed back cover of unit and disconnected thermal fuse. Jumped wires and unit started. Unit needs new thermal fuse. Inspected dryer vent tube and was not clogged. Part failed because of use. Customer complaint is that the burner flames are too high. Burners tested and issue confirmed on all but the center burner. Found the LP conversion was not performed properly. Customer had the LP kit from the conversion. Correct spuds installed and burner valve screws tightened to provide a proper low setting. All burners are now working properly. NG spuds left with customer.
