Cx complaint is that the ice maker has broken and found a piece in the ice bin. Upon arrival I found that the ice maker has excessive frost built up around it. I also found that a 1/4' by 1' piece has become separated from the tray. I tested the ice door and found that it is holding water until the dispenser is pushed. I then found that the Ice chute seal is misshapen and not sealing properly allowing warm air into the ice maker. I called Safety and informed them of my findings.
