Customer complaint is at the the three racks that hold storage will not stay up on the cabinet or falling down through the freezer. Inspected unit found the food that were in the racks were extremely heavy and the wire racks were bowing in due to the weight. I also found unit is significantly overloaded with food. I advise customer that she should only keep a certain amount of weight in the racks. I checked using care guide and did not find a weight requirement. I was able to fix racks by bending the wire racks out so they are closer to the cabinet and showing customer how the plastic holders lock into the wire rack. Customers requesting a new unit. I advise her that Whirlpool would like us to repair unit before doing that. I called Whirlpool tech line and documented what I saw.

Advised cx 120 degrees is required for proper wash and drying at the end of the cycle. Ran factory diagnostics to test, calibrate and verify unit operation, unit is working as designed. F2E1 stuck key and F5E1 door stuck open. Customer complaint unit was not startting and he had to resett he breaker a couple of times until it came back on. They used it again and it seems like is working. I ran a test cycle and found couple error codes for stuck key and latch. Latch was just not closing the door with in 5 second of hitting the start and the other is a stuck key on the UI in the middle the ui is buldging it could be moiture is getting in the UI and cosuing it to short. Could be a board issue or breaker issue. I could not nreplicate the issue. I quoted for new console. He said he thinks he got an extended warranty but he will call back to whilpool to check on that if we get a dispatch with warranty order console. or he owes 329.76 for part and labor.; ordering 1 W11403919 (Console) and 1 look (look)

"Customer complaint unit is not drainning correctly and there is wet cloth at the ends. I ran test and the unit is completing and rinse and spin. Customer stated that sometimes she gets Fl or LF error. Look at techsheet and i can see and EL error fro the lid lock. But during the test on rinse and spin with towells the unit is locking and unlocking fine. I get no error codes and the unit is completing the cycle. After asking a few more questing the customer told me she changed from loding the cloth first to after it filled because it seems to be washing better. I explained to the customer that the unit needs to be filled with cloth first becaseu the unit has sensor to detect water level for energy efficiency and the load has to be put in first, so the machine does not get confused on water."

"cx complaint is the unit not heating properly. cx said it takes over 2min to heat her coffee. outlet is properly wired and supplying 121vac. voltage is steady when unit is running. i microwaved 2 cups of 70 degree water on high for 1min. first time i ran the test the temp was 111, the next time it was 118. spec is 110-116. unit is heating fine everytime i test it. i called techline to document, they had me inspect the mag for damage. it looked fine. unit is working as designed during testing. they advised it could be an issue with the board or door switches.
