cx complaint the unit is not working. checked the unit and found that the drain was not draining and water was sitting in the bottom of the tub. found that the drain pump was defective. replaced the pump with vs and rerouted the drain hose. the hose was coming to the unit from the side and kinking slightly. so i went ahead and re-routed it under the back of the unit to connect it. tested the drian and looked for leaks. no leaks detected and the unit is now draining. unit is running as designed.
