I removed the tray and found ice jammed and keeping the bail arm up so the ice maker will not make ive. the ice maker is level but is getting caught. Adviced the Customer to rearranged some stuff in the freezer to help seal the freezer correctly becaseu there is sinds of fronting or moiture she will move some stuff.I put some cubes back in the ice and ran harvest and the unit harvested and when the ice dispensed the ice got caught again. Replaced main harness per wpl .. tested unit and still doing samething .. contatcted wpl techline and tested the p6 connector at control , getting 117vac and when the door is opened the voltage drops to 90-100vac.. tested L1 at terminal and reading same.. also tested at outlet with load , reading 117vac and drops to 90vac when door is opened.. l2 is reading 120vac and when door is opened it jumps to 150vac.. techline states its an electrtical issue , reffer cx to an electrician .. Customer complaint is that the unit has f8e4 drip pan float error code. Also found f9e2 drain pump electrical problem and fae2 that wax motor problem. I checked and found water in the drip pan underneath of the unit. Customer had unit unplugged. I cleared water from drip pan and reinstalled it. I then plugged unit in and tested unit. I first ran auto test and did not have any water leaking into the pan. I checked inlet valve water hose connection and water line. I did not have any water leaking from inlet hose. I then ran a normal cycle for about 20 minutes. Anywhere into the drip pan. I then removed door and ran unit. I still did not have any water leaking in any areas that would have gotten into the pan. I continue to run unit. I checked spray arm operation. Customer had dishes in dishwasher but these were not the dishes that were in the previous load. I advise customer that potentially there could have been something either blocking a spray arm that could obstruct it from moving and keeping the spray arm in one position spraying towards the door which would cause sometimes water to go up over the bottom lip of the tub assembly in that would go into the drip pandarini area. I advise customers that there's only certain possibilities that causes. But at this time with the unit unloaded I cannot get the unit to leak. there was a good amount of water in the drip pan when I arrived. But I was unable to figure out where it was leaking from. I advise customer that if it fails again if they could take a picture of how the dishes were loaded in the dishwasher just to cancel that from being an issue. Advise customer to keep an eye on unit and the cost back if they have the same issue.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is leaking Water. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. Ran Service Test on the unit. Cold Water Line is Leaking Water at the Inlet Valve. Hose isn't tight on the unit. Tightend Water Inlet Hose. Leaking stopped. ( Also corrected the cx from putting soap in the bleach Dispenser. Cx will need to have someone pull the unit out and get all soap from under the unit.) Unit is working as Designed.

When the cx restored power the display started displaying and beeping as if buttons were being pushed. "customer complaint is at the unit will throw an error code for float switch in the drip pan. Inspected unit and found unit had multiple error codes. F8e4 float switch, f8e1 fill valve electric problem, f9e2 drain motor electric problem,fae2 vent wax motor. Customer stating something about a drain issue. But was mainly focused on the drip tray error code. Customer had to unplug unit because it kept throwing the error code. I noticed user interface screen was peeling off of the user interface. This will could allow moisture to come in. I cleared error codes and ran all the tests. I found unit began to work. And went through without any issues. I went to drain pump and noticed there was water in the drip tray. I replaced drain pump due to the electrical issue that it stated. I didn't have anything in the drain pump housing or drain pump. But I still replace drain pump while here. And then reinstalled drip tray and ran a normal cycle. When unit filled up with water I noticed water dripping from the front center of the unit. I found the water dripping from where the heater element bracket is mounted to the tub at the bottom. I found unit will need new tub assembly. Vent assembly and user interface. I advise the customer that the tub maybe shipped to her house and when she receives it to inspect it for damage.
