Puled unit out and found installer connected drain hose to another rubber hose with a restrictive diameter.. also the drain runs along the floor about 8 ft after union of hoses before it comes up from bottom of cabinet. Cx was saying how inside of unit has horrible smell which I explained to him was because of what I found. Ordering 12ft drain hose and returning tech is just dropping hose off to CX. CX is well aware that we will not be installing it. 6 in stock at tribles. Rescheduled for thursday 4/13; ordering 1 W11381654 (12ft hose) and 1 look (look)

Customer complaint unit is leaking and dumping water. I ran test and the unit started flooding I found the clamp had come off the hose. I put a new clamp and tested. the unit is not flooding but still leaking from a mount in the sump. If i lossen the lock the unit leaks less but still dripping if i tighten it the unit drips fasket. in the tub is really close to a heater mount and i cant tell if is the tub or the sump. Tub is covered for a lifetime. Quoted customer to replace both. collected 120 if they call with in 30 days they owe 481.23; ordering 1 WPW10511198 (tub-dishwr) and 1 WPW10418332 (pump motor 251.16)

Customer complaint unit is not heating correctly. I tested the unit to 350 and the unit is cycling to the bake as normal going to 375 then 325 and averiging 350 then i tested to 375 and is going to 416 and low of 332 and average of 374 same temps after 3 cycles. I found a lot of trays on the lower drawer they could be making contact with the harness but is not skiping a lite it lights on the first spark. Unit is working as designed could not recreate the issue. Unit is good as of this service call.

Replaced manifod as per previous diagnosis. Tested unit and i found the manifold seal is holding on to the retainer to strongly. I lubricated it wish dish detergent which allows it to pull out without breaking the manifold. If this fails again we would need retainer W10892836 and reorder manifold W11662109. Both parts would be important if this happens again. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete
