Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is making a growling / gurgling noise. Checked the Compressor. Found no mastic tape on the Condenser to Compressor Line. Installed the Mastic Tape to Condenser to Compressor Line. I then checked the Evaporator. Added another peace of Mastic Tape at the Capillary to Evaporator. ( Showed the cx where the noise is coming from. Also explained to the cx that we can't stop this noise because its where it is changing from Liquid to a Gas. I also advised to the cx that there is no restriction on the unit. ( Explained it as if there is a restriction the unit will not cool.) Called Whirlpool Techline. I attached a coupler to the compressor and I failed unit with nitrogen. I found small bubbles coming from bottom of condenser line where it goes into the drip pan. I found unit will need new condenser. Also customer showed me a tear in the left door gasket. I found magnet strip showing in the door gasket. Unit will now need a new condenser, new evaporator, new compressor and door gaskets. All parts in stock. I called the office and spoke with Jordan. Customer complaint unit is not heating correctly. I tested the unit to 350 and the unit is cycling to the bake as normal going to 375 then 325 and averiging 350 then i tested to 375 and is going to 416 and low of 332 and average of 374 same temps after 3 cycles. I found a lot of trays on the lower drawer they could be making contact with the harness but is not skiping a lite it lights on the first spark. Unit is working as designed could not recreate the issue. Unit is good as of this service call.

Customer complaint unit is leaking and dumping water. I ran test and the unit started flooding I found the clamp had come off the hose. I put a new clamp and tested. the unit is not flooding but still leaking from a mount in the sump. If i lossen the lock the unit leaks less but still dripping if i tighten it the unit drips fasket. in the tub is really close to a heater mount and i cant tell if is the tub or the sump.
