when i got here unit had no lights and nothing worked but had a weird humming fizzle noise installed ice make and cycyled power on off a few tumes still nothing called tech line did checks and both main and power board are humming and fizzing for 28 volts at both checked main power harness and if moved it will come back on the cut off . i found male conector from wall had weird marking on it and that harness when played with will make unit come on wp said he could try the power harness but there still may be issues with the harnes in from fridge wall cx will contact wp to see if they will replace unit or pay him bak or pay for next try to fix it i explined it could still have more issues with harness even after fixing power harness

CX complai t was that the unit would power off and power on and never complete a wash cycle. I found that the unit had no stored error codes in diag. I started a auto test and found found the unit to fill with out issues. Just be for agitation the unit would power off and then power back on . I was able to enter a manuel test and drained the unit with out issues. I then unplugged the unit accessed and replace the control board and unit test good. I was able to complete a recalibtation and 2 seperate auto test.

I accessed the bottom and found that the rotor screw had loosened. I inspected the components and found that the gear case shaft has vertical play in the shaft. "cx complaint unit makes noise when running. inspected unit and found belt, idler, all 4 drum rollers have a failed. I also found drum felt was coming off. I was able to replace all 4 rollers, belt, idler with van stock. I also was able to use my adhesive to glue the felt back on drum. "recovered freon and filled with nitrogen and checked firdge evaporator for leaks in home postion and i had no soap bubbles only uv dye is on the foam cover over freon line that could have been from prev repair. put fridge section abck together and checked freezer has low charge ice ball then filled with nitrogen to find no leaks or uv dye so put back together. pulled unit out the top of cabinet is pulling out very hard to do by yourself withoutdamaging and checked drain pan i do have uv dye in the pan on right side none on left. i can see where defrost water comes on and no uv dye on there so maybe the pan heater is leaking the freon. marking ordered parts use on return and ordering drain pan assem with a second tech. s,s, tech only 4 count job 2 techs on return; ordrng 1 W10735008 (drainpan assem) and 1 w10143759 (uv drier)"
