F8E1 No Water/ Tap close. Customer complaint unit is not washing. Inspected unit found unit is not filling with water. Ran test and confirmed not water coming in. I found the water vavle close. Open valve and the valve is not openning. I found one of the wires was broken to the water valve. Splice it and shrink wrap it and the unit is now filling with water. Unit is back to normal operations.

"cx complaint is the oven not heating at all. cx said cooktop works but oven does not heat at all. checked for codes and found none saved. ran bake cycle, element did not heat. ran broil and element did heat. found bake element reads 23.7ohms, in spec. found temp prob reads correct temp for how hot oven was (1200ohms at 150ish degrees). tested oven again. this time bake element worked. called techline to document. they advised it could have been a loose wire or a bad control board that is only working sometimes. advised replacing control board to be safe. control board is no longer available. advised cx for shop around and use unit like normal when it will cooperate. explained we can not get a new control board. cx understands."

Customer complaint was in the freezer. The unit was freezing freezing in certain locations.Confirm the issue when I got into the house. I seen the freezer door was not closing all the way.Laid on the ground seen the client had Coffee packs on the bottom of the freezer that wasn't allowing the freezer to close completely move. The coffee packs test it the unit again. The door seemed to close a lot seemingly.

Client's complaint was the unit wasn't heating at all. Check the upper and the lower oven. And nothing worked at all went to the electrical outlet box seen that the wires were fried and started to melt the wire cap on the end. Explain to client that she will have to call electrician to figure out why that happened. And that is the reason why the heating in the unit isn't working

Client complaint was glass was in a location that was unreachable for their vacuum cleaner. Use the extender attachment on my vacuum cleaner and got up most of the glass underneath the unit.Client was very satisfied with ending result and also remove any Fingerprints around the unit that could have been left from previous install.
