CX complaint unit will not wash after previous text visit. He had found unit need a new sump motor. Arrived today and removed unit disconnected power and removed old sump assembly. Replaced with a new sump assembly and reassembled unit place unit back in cabinets and plug the power in. Ran a test cycle to check for leaks and to make sure unit was working properly. Ran for 10 mins. No leaks forced drain. Unit is now working as intended job complete

Customer complaint unit door light is turning on when the door is closed and the alarm is not going off. I tested the unit and the door ajar signal is working fine is turning on when door is open and off when is on. i let the unit open and the signal did not turn on after 5 min. I then found the sound is off. Turned sound on and the unit chimmed after 5 min. Unit is back to normal operations.

Customer complaint is at the unit is not cooling well in both sections. Customer stated that they noticed the units not making ice refrigerator items starting to become warm. I inspected unit found evaporator cover for us it over. I removed evaporator cover and found evaporator completely frosted over from top to bottom. I then use my steamer to melt all Frost and ice on evaporator. I put unit into defrost and down heater not turning on. I checked brown wire going to heater from evap harness. I found the brown wire was not fully seated into the connector. I reseated connector. I then replaced control board. A reassembled unit and tested units now working properly

Customer complaint is that the unit is making a high-pitched sound during the ice maker fill process. I ride inspected unit. Customer stated that this only happens when it's filling the ice maker with water. Unit had a full bin of ice and ice cubes are full. I dumped some ice out of the Iceman. I put unit into test mode and ran tests 45 for ice maker harvest test. Ice make recycled and kicked ice out of the mold. Henry and test 44 ice maker fill and when the ice maker water valve was energized I could hear water passing through the valve and making a high-pitched sound coming from the water valve. Customer stated that this just started happening about a couple months ago. And has not sounded like this before. I tested water dispenser. And found that water dispenser does not have the sound. I found water dispenser and ice maker water valve or a dual valve and I believe that there's a mechanical failure within the ice maker fill valve causing the sound when water passes through it. Unit will need a new dual water valve. Bordering water valve. Water valve is in stock at triples and whirlpool. Customer requested Wednesday the 19th; ordering 1 WPW10341320 (Dual valve)

"Customer complaint is at unit has bad gear case. And lid is broken at the top. I replaced the lid, hinges, gear case, slider and wash plate. Then 1052 and I ran auto test mode and test 51. Unit is now working properly."

"CX complaint: right RC door gasket torn.Inspected unit, confirmed COmplaint. found right RC gasket ripped, allowing warm air into RC compartment. Replaced Gasket with PRe ID, unit now working as intended."

"cx complaint of f9 related error codes again. checked diagnostic entry and found f9e1 error. drain pump clearly humming when activated but no water being evacuated. removed front panel rather than back in effort to avoid deteriorated cx water supply hookups. checked and found drain pump completely impacted by debris (earrings, coins, hair, debris, woodchips, etc.). cleared obstruction and tested unit. unit drained fully and effectively in moments. unit now checks good. collected for service call and labor for parts removed."

Found restriction at evap. Replaced evap and purged system with nitro. Charged system with 110psi of nitro and unit held pressure for 20 mins. Charged unit with 134 and unit is producing healthy frost pattern. Unit is now cooling as designed.
