"cx complaint unit is no longer tunring on so unplugged it. inspected unit and plugged in and unit won't turn on, was able to get into diag and unit showed f2e1 so cleared it and thats all i can do in diag, exit diag and unit won't turn on. removed console and cleaned pins on back and put back together and got unit to turn on normal opps. checked unit again for erros and now shows f6e3 f6e2 f0e3 f6e2. cleared codes and service cycle complleted but when agitating its alot does not sound right. found agitator plate loose so tighten and ran again and still is loud. unit needs ui, gearcase slider and wash plate due to being stick. gave cx quote and he paid for service wants to use unit till it goes dead again and buy a new one since i got it working.; ordering 1 W10838672 (console 282.41) and 1 W11393685 (gearcase 263.77) and 1 W10734521 (slider 19.94) and 1 W10752283 (wash plate 116.04)"

"cx complaint unit may be leaking because floor boards on other side of wall where unit is has gaps between boards now. inspected unit, no errors. ran test cycle, no signs of leaks coming from unit. took door apart, no signs of leak from vent. i did notice a little water damage to left cabinet wall of cutout but cx said her condo has been flooded out at least once before so probably from that. floors are new after flood but cabinets are not. took pics of gaps in floor boards and theres 3 gaps where sections of fake hardwood snap together. no warping to floor just some gaps. advised cx to call handyman because i think these gaps arent caused by leak but just this style of floor does this sometimes. unit is operating as designed and no leaks found at this time"

Checked the Sump Motor area. Found water damage to the floor. Ran Service Test on the unit. Water is leaking from the Diverter Valve. Stopped the Service test. Drained all water. Turned the Valve to the Dishwasher off under the sink. Unit will need the Sump Motor = W11085683. If the cx calls back order this part. Don't go without parts. Cx complaint is that the unit has frost built up on the evap cover behind the drawer causing it to not be able to shut completely. Upon arrival I verified the frost build up. I defrosted the unit using my steamer. I then found that the defrost thermistor wire was pinched behind the cover. I was able to replace the fan harness and thermistors. cx complaint f0e7 load detected when running clean washer cycle. issue occured previously and control/ui was replaced per TL insutructions. contacted TL again today and was informed issue was due to excessive use of detergent by cx. was instructed to clear the pressure hose and instruct the cx to use less detergent and run 'clean' cycle to clear unit of excessive detergent. performed DLMS. however when going to help cx begin the 'clean' cycle found that the unit showed only an 11 minute cycle with spin speed selections changing the 'clean' cycle to a 2 minute cycle. checked and found that the M/S info were not transfered when the control and ui were previously replaced. again contacted TL since this is clearly not in spec. unit non-repairable.

Cx complaint unit is loud. Arrived today and inspected found temps to be at 39 degrees average and freezer to be at 0. Compressor kicked off as soon as I showed up but then forced compressor to ramp up and it sounded normal. Evap fan and confessor sounded normal as well. Cx is comparing to older unit he had for 11 years. I can see where if the house was dead quiet it could be heard. No rattling or screeching coming from compressor. Cx placed foam sound isolators behind top of unit. Explained to Cx if he was in happy with unit to call customer care that the unit was working as intended. Job complete
