Cx complaint is that the unit is not working. Upon arrival I found that the oven was turning on but the broil was coming on only. I found that the bake element is not functioning. Cycle completed with no errors. Found unit was a tad off balance. Rebalanced unit. CX stated sometimes using heavy duty cycle. It won't go, but for a few minutes and stop. CX compliant was that the unit would not start. I found that the thermal fuse was OL. I was able to replace the thermal fuse and unit test good. I advised CX to have the venting cleand and or replaced due to air flow concerns. I collected $190.58 via credit card. Unit test good.

Customer complaint unit is displaying suds error. I found the unit is not draining correctly. I removed the front cover and checked the pump and found it to be clogged up. Clear it and the unit started draining and did not display suds error anymore. Unit is back to normal operations.

"Customer complaint is that the door is not aligned after last repair. Inspected unit found that the oven door is sticking out on the top right side about 1/8 of an inch or a little more. And the door is sagging down on the right side. This is noticeable by looking at the front of the unit and seeing from left to right between the microwave door and oven door the Gap is larger on the right side. I inspected unit and found that the oven door is sticking out on the top right of the oven door. I documented it with pictures and quick picks. I inspected area and found Gap on the door between where it meets the inner door assembly. This Gap is on the right side but not on the left side. Where the door glass meets the inner door assembly on the left side is tight and on the right side has about a 16th of an inch. I believe this is where the door is defective and sticking out on the right side. I inspected door for sagging on the right side. I remove door and checked door hinges. I then inspected door receivers. I found that the right door receiver has an indent where the oven door hinge rests on it when the door is in the flat position. The left door receiver does not have this is a flat edge. I called Whirlpool documented what I found today and what I believe would fix the issue. Parts that are needed to be replaced are right door receiver, left or receiver, and door glass front. CX complaint was that the unit was not draining. I foun d that the unit drains into a bucekt. I foun d that the unit has a reduced extended line that lays flat under the kitchen cabs and comes up ti the garbage disposal. I removed the line from the GB and fou d the lins clogged with sludge. I advised CX to have the line replaced and possibly re run for better drain results. Unit is opperating as designed.

cx complaint is poor drying. cx says dishes are soaked at end of cycle and unit is not hot. rinse aid dispenser had some rinse aid in it. i found no saved error codes. ran service cycle. heater did not get hot. inspected under unit and found blue/red wire to heater was not plugged in to the heater. cant pull unit out due to floor being high in front of unit than under it but i was able to get my arm under unit and plug in heater. once plugged in i ran service cycle again. heater is working. put toe panel back on and adjusted unit so it looks straight with the countertop. unit is working as desigend.

Cx complaint no power and not working. Inspected and found 123vac at wall. Removed console and with unit plugged in had 123vac at input on control. No light illuminated and no response from dial. Disconnected power and removed control. Replaced with new one. Plugged power back in and now have a light. Re assembled unit and found unit was very in balanced. Balanced unit and ran diagnostic cycle. Completed with no errors. Re calibrated unit and now is working as intended.

Cx complaint unit has power but no power at unit. Arrived and cut power at breaker. Pulled unit from wall and inspected junction box and everything looked good. Removed top and inspected inside and found mouse fought fire on control causing a short in control board. Harness above board was discolored but not sure if it ruined harness. Ordering control and main harness just in case. Explained to Cx if not needed we could refund for harness. Will return when all parts arrive. Left side Beauty rails off per Cx. Found the thermal fuse and TCO has tripped and opened, Also the door switch has failing in the closed position so you can start the unit even with the door open. Checked to make sure it was blowing good with out the hose and it is, installed exhaust hose went outside and checked the vent and no air flow coming outside. Advised customer she will need to have her exhaust vent serviced because it is causing her issue with the drier. Cx complaint water is not dispensing and IM does not work. Inspected unit heard water valve energizing but no water is coming out. Reservoir is frozen. Cx had temps at 34. Adjusted temps to recommended and added gasket seals to evap foam.

Customer complaint is that the unit is frosting at the top right corner. Inspection of the door gasket found a small gap in that corner. Was able to pull the gasket free so that the gap is closed. Unit is now sealing properly.

Ran test 3 stage 3 to confirm that the air gap has been closed. CX had unit running w/ towels .. with water and items drain pump will not drain until unit is tilted back and water is out. after water is out the unit will drain fine .. 21.5ohms at pump and 21 ohms at harness at control .. not shorted .. has to be harness casuing the issue . contacted wpl techline needs harness; ordering 1 W11568984 (harness) and 1 W11396717 (drain pump) and 1 W11419171 (control)

"Cx complaint unit makes noise when dispensing water. Dispensed water and could hear the triple valve in RC make vibrating noise. Accessed the valve and found it not secured to the plastic brackets. When filling ice maker and dispensing it would vibrate the panel. Resecured valve, filled ice maker and dispensed several cups of water and it no longer makes noise. Unit checks good"

Cx complaint unit is randomly cutting off and they see power outage on console. Inspected unit power cycled unit and reseated connections. Called techline. Advised to have unit connected to wifi for software updates. SP-W11525554.

Drain clogged on evap drain . clearewd drain . job complete

Replaced cover and screw as per previous dfiagnosis. Tested unit and it is now working properly. Job is complete

"CX complaint is F8E4 code. Inspected/tested and found water in drip tray up front tripping float switch. Found water leaking onto floor under right siade of unit. Further inspection revealed huge dent on bottom right side of tub, seam cracked and leaking in several places. Water dripping onto floor and also down plastic into drip tray causing the float switch to trip. Ordering tub. @ct tub job. Cannot reschedule due to direct shipment to CX. CX is aware to inspect tub upon arrival for any damages and then call VIA for return appt. Verified POP as 3/21/23; ordering 1 W11409866 (tub)"

Cx complaint unit is not working. Inspected unit console does not turn on. Getting 120VAC from outlet and to control. No led from control. Installed new control. Ran DLMS calibration cycle. Ran through diag cycle no issues. Unit is working as designed. Cx paid in full.

"CX complaint is that the utni is not heating. I found that the TCK is OL. I am ordeirng 1 TCO kit (280148). I will use Element on return visit. a 2nd tech will be needed due to stacked unit. Once the con tract is approved, please have someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordering 1 280148 (TCO kit) and 1 2ndTech (2nd Tech)"

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the control and console. I then tested the unit and it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

installed left side hinge. however when going to install right side hinge found a refrigerator shelf packed in box. will need to reorder the right side door hinge.; ordering 1 W11100731 (hinge (right side))

"cx complaint of lint screen not fully seating in cabinet,checked unit to find that the screws that hold the lint trap to the cabinet were not installed correctly causing the lint screen not to fully seated down in cabinet ,ajusted screws also found screeen handle to be bent reseated screws and bent screen so that is sits in unit correctly tested works as desgiend"

i was able to access unit and replace the control as per previous visit. tested unit and found voltage to bake element. unit now checks good.
