Cx complaint is unit not making ice. Tested inspected and verified complaint. Found the IM to be turned off. Turned on the IM and it cycled and refilled with water. Unit is working as designed. job is complete.

Customer complaint is that the unit was leaking water. Customer said that unit was about halfway through the cycle and they could hear a dripping sound they went into the basement and found that water is leaking from the ceiling. This area was directly in line with a washer machine. They went up into the washroom and found water in the drip pan and apparently water around the pan. I inspected unit I put unit into diagnostics and did not find any error codes. I checked underneath unit before starting it and on the back side of the unit to see if there's any dripping water. There was no dripping water. Customer had turned water off. Also after I completely repair customer told me that he had a lint screen on the drain pipe inside of the standpipe. This was completely clogged. After that customer stated he replaced the lint screen that was attached to the end of the drain pipe and this lint screen was inside of the standpipe in the wall. But like I said the customer didn't mention that until after completed my diagnostics. I ran unit several times and automatic test mode and in manual test mode. I activated all the water valves and manual test mode and let the unit fill up with water about halfway in the tub. I ran the drain pump several times water in it. I could not find any leaks from unit I got to not get the unit to leak. This is when the customer said that he replaced the lint screen on the end of the drain pipe and that it was completely clogged with lint. I advise customer that there was a good possibility that the water was leaking from the drain standpipe due to the clogged lint screen that he had attached to the drain pipe. I advise customer that I'm only charging for the service call today and the service call will last in 30 days so I would try the washing machine and if he has any issues to call us back

cx complaint is unit stopped making ice again. checked unit and found mold twisted and ice jammed in front and in rear of ice maker and water running down back wall and in bin from when unit filled water water hitting wires. cleaned and cleared and replaced ice maker. plugged unit back in and turned ice maker on to reset. checked lower door harness as well. advised cx to give unit the next few hours and he should have ice again. job complete.

"CX complaint if lighting and cooling issues. I found thgat the the unit temps where set to 33 in RC and -1 in FC. I found that with a thermacupling the temps in the RC are currently 32 and 0 in the FC. I found the unit tobe cooling wioth out issues. I found thatb the lighting is flickering . came out and replaced parts. cleaned and cleared freezer again and went over unit with cx. cycled ice maker to make sure no leaks and unit checks. everything reset. job complete.

Cx complaint unit leaks. When arrived cx had unit pulled out and a puddle of water was on the bottom right side of unit. Removed panel and found the copper lines from compressor are frosted and melting onto floor. Unit has overcharge. Spoke with DB and instructed to release refrigerate so lines don't frost up as fast. Unit doesn't need parts but a sealed system tech needs to come out and discharge and recharge refrigerate. Office will schedule for SS tech to return to do repair. Cx paid $120 service fee; ordering 1 SS tech

cx complaint that unit is making noise in between the cycle of agitation and spin/ i found the unit to have no functional issues and the noise is coming from the cam pulley moving over to spin and dropping making that loud noise. the unit spins freely no noise from gearcase or suspension. and also the unit is leveled and they complaint of the unit moving when spinning but the unit to be fine they arent use to floating basket system and didn't exept that. theunit today is functional no parts needed and instructed to cx what to expect and they already said the unit is functional wahsing no issues just concerened over the noise. will need no fuether work

Customer complaint is at the units oven is not igniting and the center burner is not igniting. Inspected unit found center burner not igniting. I remove center burner and took it apart. I found that there was some areas that were being blocked by particles of maybe baked off or burnt off corrosion. I found that on the far side the holes were much smaller than anywhere else causing poor flow of gas. This area would not ignite the flame. I found that the burner head is defective. And will need to be replaced. I then tested the oven and found that the recogniter and broil igniter would not ignite. I inspected dsi board and found that it had a charred spot on the relay of the DSi board. Unit will need new burner head kit and DSi control board. Burner head kit shows temporarily out of stock. And when I looked up burner head kit on parts portal it had a substitute burner head kit as well but this was also out of stock. Customer complaint is that the unit shaking violently went in the high-speed spin cycle. Customer has agitator installed at this time. And says when the unit starts to go through a spinach shakes violently. I put unit in a test mode I did not find any error codes. I ran auto test mode and I found when I got to the spin cycle I could see that the basket was out of round. Checked and found it was secured and tight it is. Customer complaint unit doors are not level. I found the unit was not level correctly after it was moved. I found the door are all misaligned and found one of the support wheels had backed out the pin and now the wheels is falling out of the drame. I was able to get the pin in again secured found the clip too secured it and the unit is now aligned back to normal operations.

CX complaint FRIDGE not cooling & fan noise. NO ice made. Had called CX & suggested to reset breaker & turn back on after a few minutes. CX turned off breaker for 3 days & turned back on 3 days ago. CX found water on floor likey melting ice from evaps. Unit temps are back to normal & ice bin is full of ice. Log temps record for past 6 hours & read thermistors & test defrost heaters. Can see UI change htr state & unit draws about 1.2A when htr enabled. Test ALL fans. Opened FC evap & frost pattern good but very thick over drain hole. Ran test 38 at 100% & unit pulls 155 to 156WATT. Opened condenser cover & found I had not secured drain tube causing air gap & heavy frost buildup. See SDpics. Secured drain tube. Set defrost to basic; schdld next appmnt for 4/18 TUE !

Arrived to unit and inspected Cx complaint cant turn knob on unit. Found knob is broken inside and when trying to turn the switch does not recognize Im turning it. Went over cost with Cx and she had stated that it was to much and that she is going to replace them. Whirlpool no longer makes part needed but she didn't not want to pay to have repaired. No work was done at this job.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying items on the top shelf of the Refrigerator are freezing. ( Top shelf of the Refrigerator is packed / covering the front of the Damper. I advised to the cx that they should leave 3 inches from the Side of the Fresh Flow and 3 Inches in front of the Fresh Flow. CX also has fruits and vegetables open / and store bags. I advise the CX to put all these items in a ziplock bag. Freezer is really packed and items are hitting the back wall / covering the Vents. I advised that the cx rearrange the Refrigerator.) Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 3 - Fan Motor & Damper Test. Damper is opening / closing properly. Unit is working as Designed. ( Cx must read use and Care Guide.) "Cx complaint unit making noise. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found temps at 40 degrees in RC and 0 in FC. Evap fan in blowing with no noise. Air baffle opens and closes correctly when doors opens and closes. Condenser fan is blowing normal and compressor has no loud noise. Cx had a different brand unit that never made a noise, I could see where the Cx could hear the compressor is it was very quiet in apartment. But it does sound normal. No repair is needed."

Customer complaint unit is making loud humming noises. I the unit is making a humming noises. When i got into the test the unit got quite. I ran compressor test and the unit was a bit noisy. I tested the evap fan and the unit is humming a lot. Unit will need new evap and blade. Blade is mnot available. Also when i pulled the unit the unit got quiter when is pushed all the way in the unit is noisier. I told customer it may be the plug or the vavle pushing on something and vibrating. "complaint dryer not heating. tested unt, igniter came on, clicked then went of as it should. drum spinning fine. all connectors at board good. unit working as designed"

"cx complaint is a screaching noise when unit is running. i started the unit and noise started right away. i inspected and found the noise is still present with the belt to the blower disconnected. i removed the drum and found the belt is fraying. idler is not spinning, it has black marks on it from belt sliding on it. unit will need new idler and belt. cx paid for everything but labor. will pay 110 on return.; ordering 1 WPW10547292 (pulley-idr) and 1 WP8547157 (belt)"

CX unable to locate electric and water shutoff which is needed to do job safely. Once CX locates both shut offs cx to call back into office to reschedule.; saved ticket
