"cx complaint is the oven not heating at all. cx said cooktop works but oven does not heat at all. checked for codes and found none saved. ran bake cycle, element did not heat. ran broil and element did heat. found bake element reads 23.7ohms, in spec. found temp prob reads correct temp for how hot oven was (1200ohms at 150ish degrees). tested oven again. this time bake element worked. called techline to document. they advised it could have been a loose wire or a bad control board that is only working sometimes. advised replacing control board to be safe. control board is no longer available. advised cx for shop around and use unit like normal when it will cooperate. explained we can not get a new control board. cx understands."

"Custommer complaint unit is not starting. Pulled unit out and tested power to the unit found 209 ac from L1-L2. 120vAC L1-N, 120vAC L2-N. Found unit is getting good power. Tested thermal fuse and is good, TEsted heater element and is testinv 9.7 ohms. Tested push button and when the button is pushed is closing the circuit but is not gettign 120V. Tested door switch and is good but is not getting 120vac. Tested motor and im getting 120 to the red lead but is not coming out of the black wire. Also teted timer and the timer is getting 120 to the red and im not getting 120 getting to the light bluw wire. Voltage is not coming out of the motor. Ordering motor and timer just in case is needed. Called office and schedule for repair for nex thursday. Part in stock.; ordrng 1 279827 (motor!dryer) and 1 W10857612 (timer)"
