Installed new regulator and is the same thing. I found pipe dove so thik it got on top of the valve shut off and keeping from letting gas in correctly. Removed the extra dove and tested. Unit it back to normal operations.

Customer complaint unit is not draining. Testd unit and found the pump is not starting. I found the unit had a bad wire coming off the connector. I was able to take the connector apart and clip a new wire in the connector and tesed. Unit is draining. Unit is back to normal operations.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is making a Grinding Noise / most of the time is getting off Balanced. Checked the suspension to the unit. Suspension is good. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F0E3 = Overloading error. ( Advised the cx to read loading instructions from the use & care guide. Showed the cx how much to fill the unit as well. ) I then checked the Stator Motor. Found Rotor bolt on the Drain Pan / Floor section. Put loctite on the bolt. Put bolt back into Rotor. Ran Service Diagnostics Test on the unit. No noise. Unit is working as Designed.

Customer complaint unit is not starting. I tested the unit and found the motor is trying to sping the basket but is not spinning. I look under the unit and found the splutch welded to the gearcase cover. I found the nut came loose and the splutch rubbed into the cover and came the nut came loose. I had to pull the pulley out from the cover to cleaned it and reseated the splutch and tested. Unit is filling and completing a tested cycle. Unit is back to normal operations.

CX complaint is bake will not heat. Inspected/tested and found 120/120/240 and outlet and terminal block. Control had no voltage going to the L2 of bake element. Unit needs a control board. CX wants to talk to whirlpool becuse they just settled on house last oct which only puts unit a month out of warranty. Quoted $414.29. They paid $139 by check to cover SC fee CX will owe $275.29 if no auth is given and they want to fix unit. Job is complete.

CX complaint FRIDGE noise. Temps are good & unit making ice. Found unit is leaning forward & levelers are fully up. Put unit in diagnostics & checked FC evap cover has some light frost. Waited 5 minutes for pressures to equalise & ran test 5 100%. Noise from below & CX confirmed it is the same noise complaint. Leaned unit back & could feel vibration from below condenser. Adjust position so there is no contact with frame & noise went away. Turned off compressor & started up again & noise is not present. Tighten door handles > JJ

"cx complaint unit makes a burning odor. inspected unit and found drain pump was the issue with odor. due to the pressure related issue cx had the pump was over worked. now part gives off a odor. i was able to replace pump with van stock and found unit now checks good. called safety; ordrng 1 W11399437 (drain pump (FG VS)), used 1 W11399437 (DRAIN PUMP) from stock"

Replaced hinges and tested door is still doing same thing. Ordering Inner door panel and griddle sensor; ordrng 1 W11319618 (Griddle sensor) and 1 W11334152 (Inner door panel)

"CX: complaint: unit wont work.Inspected unit, found F9E1 for long drain. Inspected pump. pump read 19.5 ohms. Checked resistance across harnass at pump and got open. checked blue to black/white at board got open. checked blue at board to pump and got continuity checked black/white at control to pump and got open. harnass is damaged on nuetral side. couldnt locate break. ordering new lower harnass,drain pump, and actuator.; ordrng 1 W11643701 (lower harnass) and 1 W11399437 (drain pump) and 1 W11481722 (actuator)"
