Customer complaint unit is not starting. I tested the unit and found the motor is trying to sping the basket but is not spinning. I look under the unit and found the splutch welded to the gearcase cover. I found the nut came loose and the splutch rubbed into the cover and came the nut came loose. I had to pull the pulley out from the cover to cleaned it and reseated the splutch and tested. Unit is filling and completing a tested cycle. Unit is back to normal operations.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is making a Grinding Noise / most of the time is getting off Balanced. Checked the suspension to the unit. Suspension is good. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F0E3 = Overloading error. ( Advised the cx to read loading instructions from the use & care guide. Showed the cx how much to fill the unit as well. ) I then checked the Stator Motor. Found Rotor bolt on the Drain Pan / Floor section. Put loctite on the bolt. Put bolt back into Rotor. Ran Service Diagnostics Test on the unit. No noise. Unit is working as Designed.

"cx complaint unit heats but doesnt dry, takes multiple cycles to get load dry. inspected unit and verified complaint. airflow coming out of vent feels a little weaker than airflow coming out back of unit. cx took vent off and it does need cleaned. tech sheet says burner should cycle off at 150* and im reading temps coming out the exhaust at 150+ so it should be heating good. found unit only set to run for 30min. changed run time to 45min and cx cleaned out vent while i was doing that. i also shortened the vent to eliminate a turn. tested unit, airflow coming out vent feels slightly better, but im not convinced load will dry in one cycle. ordering control and cycling thermostat. advised cx to have tenant try it out and call office and cancel if its good now; ordrng 1 W11475717 (control) and 1 WP8577274 (cycling thermostat)"

Cx complaint is that the unit is not drying clothes as it should. Upon arrival I found that the unit is coming on spinning but not heating. I accessed the terminal block and tested the incoming voltage. I found that the unit is getting 118v on L1 and 0v on L2. I also accessed the element and found that it i reading 10.2 Ohms. I also found that the tco is reading .6 Ohms. The unit is functioning as it should. I informed the cx about the incoming voltage and that an electician will need to look at the power supply. cx complaint units FC does not close. Inspected unit and found FC door wont close and ice has formed all over inside of FC. I qouted cx $339 to defrost FC and find anyh issues. I found FC door sliders were faulty. qouted cx for sliders and cx accepted. I found door had new gasket. I was able to clear all ice and replace door slides.
