Cx complaint is that the unit is not drying clothes properly. Upon arrival I found that the unit is not igniting. The ignitor glows and the valve activated but did not ignite. I found that the supply line valve is not fully opened. I opened the valve some and found that the unit then ignited. I then opened the valve the whole way and it shut back off. The valve is only letting gas in at a very small window in its rotation. I informed the cx that the valve would need to be replaced. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

I found that the unit is only getting 122 v. I found that informed the cx that the unit needs 240 to operate properly. "cx complaint is the unit not making any ice. when i arrived the unit was set to warmest setting in RC compartment, prob shows 42. freezer was set to colder, prob shows 13. evap cover is not iced up but i did find a package of pie crust that fell behind shelves that was blocking air vents at bottom of evap cover. unit is pulling .8 amps when compressor is running. i found evap has a little frost at the bottom of the evap but no frost on the rest.
