"cx complaint RC is no getting cool. inspected unit and first took temps and found -4 degrees FC, 46 degrees RC. found frost build up on outside of evap cover. removed cover and found defrost failure and I found evap fan is not running. test voltage to fan and found 119.5vac. unit needs evap fan, evap harness and defrost thermistor. I did clear ice. I also found drain tube clogged. defrost drain and found it does now drain. once parts are in please reach out to cx and set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 WP2315539 (fan motor) and 1 W11562214 (evap harness) and 1 WPW10384183 (thermistor)"

I was able to access unit and replace the compressor and filter/dryer as per previous visit. I pulled unit into a 30 in vacuum and found it to hold for 20 mins. I then charged system with 47g of R600A. I found unit began to build a frost pattern. unit now checks good. cx refused to sign thank you card

"Customer complaint is that the unit is leaking again. Unit was flashing F8E4 on arrival. Inspection of the float pan found water around the float, but could not determine what direction the water came from. Started an express wash cycle and monitored the float pan. Unit did not leak. Unit removed from the cabinet and tub inspected for any evidence of leaking. None found, tub and frame are dry, all connections secure. Inspection of the gasket found no water on the door side of the gasket and no water on the inner door liner past the gasket. Started an ProWash cycle and continued to monitor the unit. There is some unusual groaning from the diverter, but unit otherwise is working properly. Suspect diverter seal is failing after several hours of use, ordering sump assembly.; ordrng 1 W11416362 (Sump assy)"

"Cx complaint is lights out on UI, moisture on FC door gasket and ice clumping in the RC. Checked all functions of the ice maker and fans. All temps are what they are supposed to be. Checked dispenser door for air leaks and there were none. Also checked FC door gasket for air leaks, gaskets are sealing properly. Ice clumping is caused by cx not using it frequently enough and/or ice getting stuck in chute. Unit is working as designed other than the UI.
