Called tech line, spoke to Rob and explained the complaint. He stated that all this is normal, the water level selection only works for the wash and not for the rinse cycle. The unit always rinses with less water and also uses the spray rinse (just sprays water on the clothes). The unit worked as designed. Cx not very happy."

CX complaint unit is not heating. Arrived today and verified complaint found when running unit heating element is not coming on. Pulled unit out and remove back panel tested fuses and heating element and everything was reading properly but unit was not cutting on. replaced taco and heating element just in case. Tested unit and now is heating. Placed unit back and tested again and now its not heating. Pulled unit back out and inspected all connections and made sure power plug was securely connected. Had 124vac on both sides of outlet with 244vav together. Tested again and now unit is heating. Tested 10xs and heated every time. Im not sure what happened but unit is working. Unit is now working as designed job complete

CX complaint the unit has cosmetic damage that needs to be repaired. Arrive today and verified complaint found unit door to have damage caused by installers. As well as damage to black outer cabinet. Also found unit was not hung correctly and the hinges that hold the door were bent. Customer received a door from whirlpool back in December 2022. Apparently the builder did not take care of it when he should have. Call Techline to document all damage. SR number is above. Talk to trade care to see if theres anything we can do. Tree care said that the customer should call the builder for them to take care of any issues. That they would not cover any of the damages. Gave quote to customer. Customer settlement paperwork is in SD pics showing a move-in date of September 29 of 22. "Upon arrival I cut into the system ,replaced drier and installed svc stub. Filled with 250psi of nitrogen. Unit held pressure for over 30mins.No leaks detected. Replaced compressor and tested unit.Unit is now building frost pattern.Pressure are good . Also found thermistor ohmed out 3.5k room temps. Advised customer to allow 24hrs for temps to come back down. If customer calls back, Pre-ID control board."
