"cx complaint unit may be leaking, water stain in ceiling under unit down stairs, pic saved. before starting noticed cabinet paint chipping from top cover rubbing on cabinet, cx is aware already. pulled unit out. only signs of leak i can find is a brown stain under filter housing but its completely dry, pic of cutout saved. no streaks on back of unit around any waterlines. supply line and shutoff valve look good. heard icemaker fill while unit was pulled out on my mat and after pusing unit back in, my mat was completely dry. advised cx it doesnt appear leak is coming from unit and only thing i could suggest replacing would be filter housing because of the brown stain on floor but i dont think its an issue because my mat was dry. quoted 325.08 for replacing housing, cx declined repair."

CX complaint unit is not heating. Arrived today and verified complaint found when running unit heating element is not coming on. Pulled unit out and remove back panel tested fuses and heating element and everything was reading properly but unit was not cutting on. replaced taco and heating element just in case. Tested unit and now is heating. Placed unit back and tested again and now its not heating. Pulled unit back out and inspected all connections and made sure power plug was securely connected. Had 124vac on both sides of outlet with 244vav together. Tested again and now unit is heating. Tested 10xs and heated every time. Im not sure what happened but unit is working. Unit is now working as designed job complete

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't Dispensing Water. ( Noticed that the counter top has damages / chipped . Documented issue on Sd Pictures.) Cx has a saddle Valve. Explained to the cx that they will need a plumber to change this Valve. ( Cx states they had two plumber friends come and check. I advised to the cx that we will need a certified plumber to come. ) Installed new Dual Valve & Water Filter Head. Tested the unit. No leaks. Still no water. I advised to the cx it's not the unit. It's the water pressure. Unit is working as Designed.

cx complaint when running unit the house smells like gas. inspected unit and first checked air flow and found it to be very weak. I used combustable leak detector and found no gas leaks at gas line going into unit. I did find gas detection at exhaust vent while running. i found vent is clogged and exhaust is not exiting building and is coming back into the unit. i found where the exhaust exits the house and I was unable to get to it due to the height. looks like a bird has made a nest inside. I advised cx to get vent cleans to fix issue of smell. unit checks good.; ordrng 1 looklook

"cx complaint unit powers on and starts but doesnt actually run. inspected unit and verified complaint. f4e4 L2 voltage error, f3e6 moisture sensor open, f4e1 heater relay problem, f4e3 restricted airflow. cx said vent was cleaned last week which was after dryer failed. unit getting proper 240v. thermal fuse tests good. heater tests good. no power coming out of control. unit will need control and moisture sensor harness. unit stacked in closet and will need 2nd tech to unstack dryer. not enough room to use step ladder to get top panel off. i was only able to because im big and leaned the dryer on me, no stack kit installed. quoted cx 519.30. cx paid 120 service call and wants to shop around before continuing with repair. advised service call is good for 30days.; ordrng 1 W10845086 (control) and 1 WPW10298258 (sensor harness)"
