cx complaint that unit is not powering on and drianing. i found the unit to power on and have proper voltage to unit. and when checling the unit had a veryh long incorrect drain hose the washer drain hose clamped into the thick black tub with pvc pipe along the wall about 10 foot sideways and when i removed the thick incorrect hose from washer drain hose and put in bucket it drained no isseus. the unit is operational they have incorrect and issue with drain lines they arent understanding what im saying but showed them.. no further work unit is functional... they HAVE TO GET DRAIN LINE RESOLVED REGARLDESS AT THIS POINT.

"Cx complaint random water leak.Ran diag, no errors. Inspected unit on top and bottom, found no signs of water leak but found oil leak from the gercase. Ran a test cycle, confirmed noisy gearcase. The unit didn't leak any water. Ran a deep water wash cycle and added more water in the tub with a bucket. The unit didn't leak, drained ok, no sign of water overflowing from the standpipe. Possible random water leak from gearcase seal, but the gearcase should be replaced because of the oil leak. Quoted repair $682.44 with $250 labor for gearcase W11393685, slider W10734521, washplate W10902814 and screw W10752187 replacement. **2 COUNTS** per gearcase replacement. "cx complaint still inconsistent temps in fz. sometimes it does get down to 0 but can get up to 20*, rc is usually between 32-40. inspected unit and verified complaint. unit in defrost and fz at 10* upon arrival. left doors open to until fan started running. fan getting steady 120v on any snowflake setting. evap thermistor reading 8.79k ohms in ice water. called techline. techline said control uses rc thermistor to cycle cooling on and off. rc thermistor reading 8.5k ohms in ice water, a little lower than other thermistor. replaced rc thermistor from v/s. advised cx to allow 3days for temps to adjust and call back if issues persist. techline mentioned issue could be the start of SS leak and may want to consider putting data loggers in each section.; ordrng 1 WPW10384183 (thermistor(AD v/s)), used 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR(AD v/s)) from stock"

"cx complaint unit overfilled and flooded apartment. tenant is saying theres no water damage. tenant said that when it flooded he paused cycle and it stopped filling so issue shouldnt be valve getting stuck open. only have f7e5 shifter fault error stored. found J12 connector for shifter not plugged in all the way. resecured connection. ran drain pump in component activation to pump water out left from last visit. autotest runs good, no issues or errors came back. blew thru pressure hose from where it connects to tub and my 2nd tech can feel it come out the other side. pressure dome port is clear. must be a hole in pressure hose or an issue with the coupler because its NLA. called techline. TL agrees and said to run a weed eater cord in port to make sure its clear. see stickys; ordrng 1 W11662155 (washer harness) and 1 W11629601 (control) "
