"Cx complaint during bulky items cycle with deep water selected, the unit filled full basket during wash, but inly 1/3 during rinse. Ran test mode, no errors. Called tech line, spoke to Rob and explained the complaint. He stated that all this is normal, the water level selection only works for the wash and not for the rinse cycle. The unit always rinses with less water and also uses the spray rinse (just sprays water on the clothes). The unit worked as designed. Cx not very happy."
