"CX complant, RF and LF burners dont ignite immedietly. Door is chipped and cover is chipped. Inspected unit and found door skin has a big chip off the right front top corner, Kick panel also has several chips on top edge . Ordering door skin as well as kick panel . Also ordering bake igniter , One of the trhreaded studs hat cove rscrews on to is sheared off. Ordering LF and RF flame spreaders as well due to improper ignition after adjusting gaps . "Customer complaint is that the unit is getting hung up in cycles. Checked for stored error codes and found F8E1 and F7E6. Ran test cycle and the unit filled properly. When agitating there is a mettalic dragging noise. During spin, there is a metallic dragging noise and a squeaking noise. Inspection of the drive system found the shielding worn on the harness to the drain pump. No visable wear on any other components, but the belt feels a little loose. Ordering gearcase, belt, actuator, and splutch to address the grinding/squeaking noises. Ordering harness to address the wear on the shielding and the fill error.; ordrng 1 W11652038 (lower harness) and 1 W11454741 (gearcase) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W11481722 (actuator) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley)"

"CX complai t is that the unti does not fill all the way. I found that CX is opperating on the Heavy Duty cycle and is stopping the cycle during the inital sensing and fill. CX stops the unit and starts a differant cycle. CX is stoping the unit and not allowing it to advance through the wash cycle. I was able to to load unit and started a HD cycle and found that the unit past the point CX fells as the unit is not opperating , completes the sensing and fills as the basket is turned. Error code F0E3 was found in diag . I cleared the code and recalibrated as well as ran auto test. Unit is funtioning as designed. I also found thatbCX is using the Extra power setting off . I called WP Tech Line and discused my findings."
