"cx complaint is unit works fine initially but on a typically busy day of laundry where multiple cycles will be run consecutively, the unit will stop heating after about the 3rd or 4th cycle. unit has had element, tco, motor, blower wheel, and control replaced to this point. found no saved errors in system. contacted techline to further diag. found shorted high limit thermostat as well as damaged harness. was able to replace high limit with pre id parts and cut and splice new factory connections to the unit using components from and equivalent whirlpool dryer. tested and unit now checks good."

"inspected unit prior to opening system. cx had unit unplugged for several hours. removed evap cover and found minimal ice remaining from previosu techs description. when testing evap thermistor (3.2k ohms at roughly room temp) i was shocked by the evap. found evap to ground was showing residual voltage (60v,68v,71v, etc) checked and found this is due to a severely shorted start device at the compressor (the arcing of the start device also caused the compressor to be extremely hot, contributing to the coolign concerns). changed start device w/ VS and observed full frost pattern and normal temps at the compressor. contacted techline to document. collected for labor, parts (not cbe) and tax.; used 1 WPW10350564 (RUN CAPACITOR), and 1 W11092533 (START DEVICE) from stock"

As per previous visit was able to cut into system and found no charge. Replaced compressor and drier and pulled into a 30 inch vacuum for 21 minutes. Charged system with 54g R600a. Pulled evap cover and watched evap for full frost pattern and pressures stayed normal. Informed cx to give unit time to cool properly. Unit now checks good no further work needed
