"Cx complaint uniot doesn't spin out clothes. Entered diag and found no error codes. Ran test cycle and and when unit was in spin, noticed it didn't reach max RPMs. Ran test 7 for spin and unit didn't begin to spin. Accessed control and ohmed the motor harness which is in range. Disconnected harness and J6 connector read OL. Gave cx quote for control and he paid in full. Ordering control which is in stock and set return for 5/26. Turn icemaker on and did a harvest.Icemaker cycled and dumped good ice.Tried to fill but water line was frozen again.Heater is getting 120v but for some reason its still freezing the line. Defrosted water line now its filling. Temps are good. Icebox fan turns on.Ice level sensor works. "cx complaint unit not making ice. inspected unit and verified complaint. temp is cooler than harvest temp. icemaker started to harvest but stopped while upside down and wouldnt go back, test came back showing 23 for switch/motor faulty. noticed icemaker motor will move a little if move door a little(while holding door switch by hand). found red wire has no continuity inside door and yellow wire has intermittent continuity. unit will need fz door and 2nd tech to hold door up while feeding harness and waterline thru hinge. quoted 1,084.66. cx paid 120 service call with c/c and wants to try calling cx service for courtesy coverage first considering cost of repair. if cx calls back without additional coverage, they will owe 964.66; ordrng 1 LW11037733 (fz door stainless)"

Upon arrival I found that the instalation company did not turn the water on and the cx didn't see it unitl after the cycle was running. I found that the unit had no error codes.
