"cx complaint unit not making ice. inspected unit and verified complaint. temp is cooler than harvest temp. icemaker started to harvest but stopped while upside down and wouldnt go back, test came back showing 23 for switch/motor faulty. noticed icemaker motor will move a little if move door a little(while holding door switch by hand). found red wire has no continuity inside door and yellow wire has intermittent continuity. unit will need fz door and 2nd tech to hold door up while feeding harness and waterline thru hinge. quoted 1,084.66. cx paid 120 service call with c/c and wants to try calling cx service for courtesy coverage first considering cost of repair. if cx calls back without additional coverage, they will owe 964.66; ordrng 1 LW11037733 (fz door stainless)"
