Drain pump is running very loud, catch will need to be cleared. Unit was making a squeaking and dragging noise during low spin, became a steady tapping noise as the drum sped up. Basket is rubbing on the bellow at the top, but the basket and bellow are both secure. Basket is not out of round. Recommend replacing the bellow. Ran a normal wash cycle to try to duplicate the leak. Unit still did not leak. Possible issue with the dispenser assembly. Cx complaint is that the unit is humming and will not start a cycle or stop humming. Upon arrival Ifound that the unit was unplugged. I plugged the unit back in and found that it was stuck in a drain cycle. I cleared the cycle and then ran the diag test. I found that the motor is only humming. I checked the motor and found that it is seized up. I am ordering the motor and capacitor.
