"CX complaint: long dry and unit shutting off. Tested and verified complaint. Also CX described seeing moisture on console. Unit is tumbling, and heating. I ran an airflow test using an electronic air flow tester and the tester did not register any air flow at all. I disconnected the vent and ran test again. This time air flow passed in the green. House venting is completely restricted. I advised CX to have the venting cleaned out or replaced. Called WPTL to document.Unit is working properly. Job is complete."

F0E5 Off balance load. Customer stated taht the unit was repalce by a new one. The new one worked fine for like 6 months and then starting acting the same way as the old one. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that Refrigerator isn't cooling. Checked the Freezer. Freezer is Iced over. Checked the Thermistor. I'm getting 9.2 Ohms. I then removed all Frost / Ice. Checked the Heater Element. I'm getting 88.1 Ohms. Brown wire harness has backed out. Fixed the Harness and Taped the harness connectors. Checked the Frost Pattern on the Evaporator once I turned the unit back on. ( Advised the cx to not pack the freezer the way they did. Explained to leave the back wall clear with 1 inch Gap. Also explained to leave Damper Control section free with 3 inch all the way around. So good will not freeze.) Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

Cx complaint is that the unit has an F8E1 error code and is leaving clothes wet at the end of cycles. Upon arrival I found that the unit has the F8E1 and F0E3. I then manually ran the cold valve and the hot valve and found that the water supply is adequate. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit was able to complete the cycle. I then started a normal cycle and verified the water level at wash. Unit again had the F8E1. I verified that the pressure tube was clear. I am ordering the control.
