"cx complaint the unit is not draining as it should. checked the unit and found no kinks or anything blocking the line internally. therefore, i checked the pump. pump was working for me at the time but the cx states its intermitten and takes a day sometimes to drain all the water out. seems as if the pump is over heating and then drains whenever it is cooled down for a bit. had error codes f9e1, f9e2. checked ober whole unit and did find oil leaking from the gearcase. i advised cx of the issue but she wanted to just fix the drain at this time. advised cx i can do that but i cannot guarentee the unit will last long with the gearcase in the shape it is in. cx agreeed. replaced pump. tested and checked for leaks. no leaks present. unit is running as designed."

I foudn that the unit to fill and opperate as designed. CX had service from other company with in the last week and replaced shifter. F8E1 displayed again after auto test. I cleared rthe code and inspected the pressure hose and harness. I foun d no issues. I replaced the control board ( and re calibrated and ran auto test again. I found no errors after board was replaced. I collected $414.31 via check #5700. UNit test good.

Cx complaint is that the unit was not cooling in the FC. Upon arrival cx stated that they shut off the breaker for a small length of time and the unit has been cooling ever since. I ran test 3 and verified that the fans are operating. I then removed the FC evap cover and found that the evap has a full frost pattern. I then found that the condensor is covered in dust and fuzz. I was able to clear ooff the condensor and found that the temps under the unit went down almost immediately. Unit is functioning as intended. I clooected the service call.

"cx complaint unit is noisey when spinning said it did not used to sound like this and its not the waterlines / drain line itting wall. inspected unit and checked for errors and had none, ran servue cycle and when spinning unit ius squeeking. checked under unit and nothing looks to be out of place. ran service cycle again and when spinning unit squeeks goood and noise appeared what cx is talking about. noise has to be coming from gearcase i spun motor by hand and no noise. ordering gearcase,clutch,belt for return all parts are instock so called into office and rescheudled for friday as a 2 count job 5/26/23; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (clutch) and 1 W11239857 (belt)"

"Ice maker replaced and tested. Ice maker ran, but did not fill. Valve is turning on. Ran fill tube heater test and then reran fill test. Unit still did not fill. Tested fill tube heater and the heater tested good, but when checking to see if power was going to the heater, the unit reset and got stuck in showroom mode. Managed to get the unit out of showroom mode and retested power to the heater. Contacted Whirlpool tech support for assistance and determine that the fill tube and heater needs to be replaced; ordrng 1 W11515313 (fill tube and heater)"
