Inspected temperatures and found refrigerator section at 40° and found freezer section at 19°. Removed evaporator cover, and only found a small amount of ice on top right side of evaporator and no frost pattern after. Inspected heater and heater was not on evaporator fan was working properly and found through Mr. at 38.6 K ohms. Called SD and explained everything to him and was advised to order a sealed system repair for this unit. "cx complaint unit leaking during use. cx states unit does not appear to leak in express wash cycle. inspected unit and found that the insulation above the vapor barrier is completely saturated. ran auto test. during testing found that the water in the tray of the tub comes right up to the edge of the tray without over flowing, but if the insulation is in place it becomes saturated and would eventually drip water from the insulation. checked and found unit door closes effectively, tub is level. found float switch to be operational. did not observe any defects in the door gasket to warrant changing the gasket. did observe distortion and 'wavy' plastic of the vapor barrier that could be leading to the soaking of the insulation. quoted cx for repair. cx will owe 110 labor on return.; ordrng 1 W10844384 (barrier) and 1 W11126003 (pad-ins (door panel)) and 1 W10380173 (pad-ins)"

F7e5 shifter fault CX complaint when starting unit it continues to make a clicking noise. Arrived today and inspected unit and found error code above. Cleared error code and ran diagnostic cycle and found when getting to the agitation. Unit just makes a clicking noise under unit. Cancel diagnostic cycle and looked underneath unit and found your case. Oil covered clutch assembly and actuator. Explain to customer to properly repair this we would have to replace the gear case . Customer wanted a temporary fix so I replaced actuator and clutch and cleaned oil around unit. Re-tested unit and now is completing diagnostic cycle found no error codes after completing cycle. Recalibrated unit unit is now working as designed job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit was not cooling in the FC. Upon arrival cx stated that they shut off the breaker for a small length of time and the unit has been cooling ever since. I ran test 3 and verified that the fans are operating. I then removed the FC evap cover and found that the evap has a full frost pattern. I then found that the condensor is covered in dust and fuzz. I was able to clear ooff the condensor and found that the temps under the unit went down almost immediately. Unit is functioning as intended. I clooected the service call.

Found two back rollers to make a little noise and replaced. Reassembled unit and still had noise. Started unit with covers off and found front right roller to have play on shaft. Added shim to space roller properly. Reassembled unit and tested and clicking is now gone. Installed all parts and re-tested and made sure all functions were working properly. CX complaint was that the unit displays a F8E1 error code after every cylce. I found the code stored in diag. I was able to clear the code and ran a manuel test and several auto test. I foudn that the unit to fill and opperate as designed. CX had service from other company with in the last week and replaced shifter. F8E1 displayed again after auto test. I cleared rthe code and inspected the pressure hose and harness. I foun d no issues. I replaced the control board ( and re calibrated and ran auto test again. I found no errors after board was replaced. I collected $414.31 via check #5700. UNit test good.

the unit was unplugged when i arrived. found the low side pressure is 0psi and same with the high side. .5aac from the compressor when plugged in. low side pressure drops to -25psi and high side pressure is 75psi. unplugged the unit and pressure return to 0psi on both sides. filled to 140psi with nitrogen and bubble checked the unit but found nothing. after 40 minutes pressures have dropped 2 psi. called tech support and spoke with an austin.
