Cx complaint is that the bake will not ignite. Upon arrival I found that the broil and all the burners ignite. I slid the bottom drawer out and found that the cx has metal baking racks and pans in the bottom. I found that the racks are able to slide up and contact the ignitor and ground it out thru the drawer. I left the drawer slid out and started a bake cycle and found that the unit is now igniting and cycling as intended. I informed the cx that the drawer cannot be overfilled for that reason. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

I had CX load unit and attmpted to start a wash cycle. I found no opperation. I entered manuel test 3 and attempted to lock the lid. I foun d no movment. I OHMed out the lid lock and found a reistanse reading of 99 OHM'S of resistanse . I am ordering 1 control board (W11417466) and 1 lid lock(W11307244). Upon arrivla I found that the bottom drawer was full of metal pans/racks. they were able to rest against the ignitor and ground it out thru them and the dawer. "CX complai t is that the unit had lost cooling in the RC. I found temps to be at 42 with a thermacoupling reading. I foun d the evap wall frozen over. I was able to use a steamer and steamed out the iceblockage. I found that tghe bi-metal has a resistanse reading of 0.0 OHM's ready for a defrost. I too a reistasne reading of the defrost heater and found it to not stablize with a M-OHM reading. Defrost heater has failed. i am ordeirng 1 drefrost heater (WP2000631) and 1 Deforst timer (WP2183400). Once the parts are avalible, please have somoene form teh office call to set a retun date. I collected $318.45 for service , parts, shipping , and taxes via credit card. CX owes $150.00 for labor charges once the reapair is completed.; ordrng 1 WP2000631 (defrost heater) and 1 WP2183400 (defrost timer 12)"

I inspected the compressor and found no movment. I was able to access the control board and found that the the boad was hot to the touch. i unplugged the unit and plugged it back in . I found the control to be buzzing . Unit needs 1 control board (W11595219). I qiuoted CX for the cost of repair. CX is calling WP . CX will call back into office if a repair is wanted. I collected 120.00 for serivce charges via credit card."
