I had CX load unit and attmpted to start a wash cycle. I found no opperation. I entered manuel test 3 and attempted to lock the lid. I foun d no movment. I OHMed out the lid lock and found a reistanse reading of 99 OHM'S of resistanse . I am ordering 1 control board (W11417466) and 1 lid lock(W11307244). Ran cycle and inspected and found sump motor or any parts under unit are not leaking. Inspected door seal And found it was a little worn out. Replaced door seal with pre-ID parts could not find any other issues for possible leaking. Ran unit and had a Lot of suds used cooking oil to remove suds from unit. Ran a 10 minute cycle, and could not get the unit to leak. Unit is now working as designed job complete"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator Section isn't cooling / top freezer is cooling. I then checked the Heater Element Harness. I'm getting 105.8 Ohms. Heater Element is good. Cx had the unit pack with food against the back wall. I advised to the cx that they can't pack the freezer. No food can be or touch on the back wall. "cx complaint unit would not stop filling and draining. inspected unit and found unit was unplugged. plugged unit in and found unit began to drain. i was able to cancel cycle and entered diag and found 0 saved error codes. ran auto test and found unit finished without issue. due to unit drain as soon as I plugged unit in, I think unit is having a pressure related issue. I tested each water valve and found it turned on and shut when asked in manual mode. Cx complaint is that the bake will not ignite. Upon arrival I found that the broil and all the burners ignite. I slid the bottom drawer out and found that the cx has metal baking racks and pans in the bottom. I found that the racks are able to slide up and contact the ignitor and ground it out thru the drawer. I left the drawer slid out and started a bake cycle and found that the unit is now igniting and cycling as intended. I informed the cx that the drawer cannot be overfilled for that reason. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

Uppn arrival I attempted to replace the axle and roller on right side but could not get the axle far enough out because of the drip pan. Put original back together. I inspected roller and it did not seem to be defective. Returning parts. Placed shims under unit and had no luck with leveling unit to CX satisfaction. i did find the bottom plate of unit to be hanging down and wheat looks like it may have been dropped. CX is extremely unhappy with unit and has written letter to KA. Spoke to Steveat WPTL. Refer CX to CX service

FOllowed up line and found unit leaking from within cabinet where the heat exchanger and return line meet top of cabinet. Burnt/charged black oil all over top of compressor cabinet. Took pics and sent to WPTL. Ed was the 2nd tech I spoke to and sent more pics and he determined the unit leaking from heat exchanger. Replaced door latch per prior diagnosis. did not fix issue however according to CX its better than it was. However when oven heats up it pops door open and light comes on and ignitor shuts off. You have to press the door firmly against the gasket for light to go off and the unit reignites. I pressed on seal and it was working. Seal seems to be a little deformed. Ordering gasket and retainer. Cannot reschedule due to FBO parts needed. Negative in OS; ordrng 1 W11115330 (gasket) and 1 W11362015 (retainer)
