cx says the unit has not made a lot of ice and is not dispensing ice at all. found the dispenser is not activating but does open the seperator. the ice maker has been making some ice. temps are 5f in the freezer and 33f in the refrigerator when i arrived. the auger motor was covered under ice. removed the ice and found the auger motor is getting 13vac at all times and when the paddle is pressed the voltage jumps all around without stopping at any number. same voltage at control p3 7-8. door harness is good. test 4 step 1 pressures equilize to 25psi. step 4 low side pressure is 4psi and high side pressure is 160psi. step 5 low side pressure is 2psi and high side pressure is 200psi. called tech support and spoke with a derick. replaiced main control.; ordrng 1 W10873791 (icemaker) and 1 W11202789 (motor) and 1 W11504919 (ui)

Ran unit through diagnostic test, unit went through test and showed f7e7-motor cannot reach desired speed error. checked unit suspension, which seems fine. Ensured all screws were in proper place and not loose. Ran unit through quick cycle with load unit bottomed out on floor due to being over loaded. Was able to pause unit and remove some clothing and unit was able to balance itself. CX is putting items that absorb alot of water with items that absorb little water and its causing unit to be unbalanced as well. Unit is working as designed, no further work needed."
