"cx complaint the unit is not draining as it should. checked the unit and found no kinks or anything blocking the line internally. therefore, i checked the pump. pump was working for me at the time but the cx states its intermitten and takes a day sometimes to drain all the water out. seems as if the pump is over heating and then drains whenever it is cooled down for a bit. had error codes f9e1, f9e2. checked ober whole unit and did find oil leaking from the gearcase. i advised cx of the issue but she wanted to just fix the drain at this time. advised cx i can do that but i cannot guarentee the unit will last long with the gearcase in the shape it is in. cx agreeed. replaced pump. tested and checked for leaks. no leaks present. unit is running as designed."

Ran unit through diagnostic test, unit went through test and showed f7e7-motor cannot reach desired speed error. checked unit suspension, which seems fine. Ensured all screws were in proper place and not loose. Ran unit through quick cycle with load unit bottomed out on floor due to being over loaded. Was able to pause unit and remove some clothing and unit was able to balance itself. CX is putting items that absorb alot of water with items that absorb little water and its causing unit to be unbalanced as well. Unit is working as designed, no further work needed."

cx complaint unit is not turning on anymore. inspected unit and confoimred it wil not turn on. removed kickplate and checked incoming power and i only have 74v. cx brought me to breaker and she said unit is on this big breaker. i inormed her to get electrician out to put unit on its own circuit and agreed. i went over use and care on dishwasher on rinse aid use and cx understands. cx called electrican while i was in home. told cx to call us back if still issue after power gets fixed.

cx says the unit has not made a lot of ice and is not dispensing ice at all. found the dispenser is not activating but does open the seperator. the ice maker has been making some ice. temps are 5f in the freezer and 33f in the refrigerator when i arrived. the auger motor was covered under ice. removed the ice and found the auger motor is getting 13vac at all times and when the paddle is pressed the voltage jumps all around without stopping at any number. same voltage at control p3 7-8. door harness is good. test 4 step 1 pressures equilize to 25psi. step 4 low side pressure is 4psi and high side pressure is 160psi. step 5 low side pressure is 2psi and high side pressure is 200psi. called tech support and spoke with a derick. replaiced main control.; ordrng 1 W10873791 (icemaker) and 1 W11202789 (motor) and 1 W11504919 (ui)

"CX compolai t is that the unti will not cool. I foudns that the evap fan motor is running , but no forst pattern. I fou d that rthe comporessor is not running. I inspected the compressor and found no movment. I was able to access the control board and found that the the boad was hot to the touch. i unplugged the unit and plugged it back in . I found the control to be buzzing . Unit needs 1 control board (W11595219). I qiuoted CX for the cost of repair. CX is calling WP . CX will call back into office if a repair is wanted. I collected 120.00 for serivce charges via credit card."

Went to bottom of unit and inspected harness and found blue wire to be broken. "CX complai t is that the unit had lost cooling in the RC. I found temps to be at 42 with a thermacoupling reading. I foun d the evap wall frozen over. I was able to use a steamer and steamed out the iceblockage. I found that tghe bi-metal has a resistanse reading of 0.0 OHM's ready for a defrost. I too a reistasne reading of the defrost heater and found it to not stablize with a M-OHM reading. Defrost heater has failed. i am ordeirng 1 drefrost heater (WP2000631) and 1 Deforst timer (WP2183400). Once the parts are avalible, please have somoene form teh office call to set a retun date. I collected $318.45 for service , parts, shipping , and taxes via credit card. CX owes $150.00 for labor charges once the reapair is completed.; ordrng 1 WP2000631 (defrost heater) and 1 WP2183400 (defrost timer 12)"
