I tested the thermistor and found it to read 5.95 K Ohms while encased in ice. I was able to access the evap and defrost using my steamer. i then replaced the thermistor. "CX complaint is not dispensing ice. Inspected/tested unit and found two possible issues. IM was frozen solid and auger could not turn blades in bin it is however making ice at this point. Broke up ice in bin and when dispensing it was dispensing crushed and cubed ice at same time. Ice dispenser dripping because warm air is getting up inside bin. I couldnt see any defect in ice door and explained to CX the need to make sure chute is clear after dispensing by holding cup under for a few seconds. When I dumped ice out it appeared the blades were almost stripped which could be causing the mixed ice issue. Ordering ice bin, ice door and new coupler to make sure of proper seating betweeen bin and auger. Cannot reschedule due to lowes contract. Also ordering ice door in case returning (cont); ordrng 1 W11244434 (ice-contnr) and 1 WP2220458 (coupling) and 1 W11423781 (ice door)"

"cx complaint unit shuts off before clothes are dry. will be stuck on sensing then just eventually turn off. also sometimes unit wont power on but light inside is working. cx will have to unplug unit and plug it back in to get it to power on. inspected unit, only have f2e1 stuck key error stored, possible power button is getting stuck sometimes. unit is running and heating good. have good airflow coming out of vent. tried to run test cycle but it shuts off within 5sec of turning drum and steam valve. ordering control panel for f2e1 and unit not powering on somtimes. and ordering control, moisture sensor and thermistor for other issues. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11618917 (control) and 1 W11413567 (control panel) and 1 WPW10298258 (moisture sensor) and 1 WP8577274 (thermistor)"

"Cx complaint, F8E0 low fan speed, displays while trying to preheat. Entered diag and found error code F8E0 stored 3 times. Removed unit from wall and accessed the control and found proper voltage. Checked and found improper voltage at P5 connector. Replaced control usimg pre-id parts, activated fan at component activation and it ran on high and low. Set preheat to 350 and it reached temp. Contacted TL to document whats been done, if cx calls back with same issue, the main harness may need repaired. The unit runs as designed."
