"CX complaint: unit pauses or stops at unusual times in middle of cycle and then resumes on its own. Tested and verified complaint. No error codes. Unit seems to be working properly but CX has been having a lot of difficuklty getting clothes dry. Replaced control, tested unit and it is now working properly. If this problem persists, it could possible be a burner problem. I did not smell any gas and burner was working but there were a couple moments that the burner sound was different than normal. This may be nothing or maybe related to uniut cutting off. But there were no error codes to indicate a problem there. Job is complete"

"CX complaint was that the unit stop mid cycle and door is locked. I found that the unit was DOA. I was able to access the control and inspected teh cpontrol board. I found that propper 120V's at the control , but no flashing indecator light was lite . I was able to take a reistanse reading of the drain pump for the J15 connector pins 1&2 (white / pink) and foud 19.7 OHM's of resistanse witch is in spect. I was abel to inspect the underside of the unti and found oil dripping form the gearcase and rotor cover. I also foun d that the rear panel in the area of the inlet valve as weel as the inleft valve harnss are rusted and corroded. I am orderign all parts needed for repair. Return will need to be 2 call counted due to tihe time to replace the gearcase and complete a full repair.; ordrng 1 W11478527 (panel UI) and 1 W11426291 (main control board) and 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W10734521 (clutch) and 1 W11260238 (rotor cover) and 1 W11165546 (water inlet valve) and 1 W11676811 (valve harness) and 1 2callcount (2 call count) and 1 W11457841 (lid strike)"

Cx complaint is that the unit is leaving clothes wet at the end of cycles. Upon arrival I found an F0E5. I then cleared the error and ran the diag test. The unit is filling and draining properly but the spin is off balance. I then ran the manual high speed spin and found that the gearcase shaft is bent causing it to spin off balance. Removed evap cover and verifed good frost pattern and fc thermistor read 24k ohms.Ohmed out Rc thermistor and found it read 6.7k ohms. Replaced thermistor with pre-id and informed cx to give 48 hours. Unit now checks good no further work needed
