Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling properly. Checked pressures to the unit. I'm getting -15 on the low side & 80 Psi on the high side. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 4 - Compressor Test. Checked the Evaporators on the unit. Frost is only at the beginning of the Evaporator when unit switches from each section. I then filled the unit with 140 Psi of Nitrogen. Checked with bubbles on the Evaporator. No bubbles. The Pressure dropped to 135 after 20 mins. No signs of any dye. Called Whirlpool Techline. Per Techline unit is under review. I advised that the cx allows 7 - 10 business days before contacting Whirlpool.

Checked the Bellow for any rips or tears. No rips or tears found. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F0E1 = clothes was washed on the Cleaning Cycle. ( Advised to the cx to not wash clothes on this cycle.) F5E2 = Door Lock Error. ( This error could have been caused how the Bellow was sitting.) Cleared all error codes. Ran Service Test on the unit. No errors. Unit went from C0-C08 . Unit is working as Designed. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. Cx is paid in full. If the cx calls back order the Bellow = W11106747. Do t go without parts. Cx wants to see how much other washers are.

Customer complaint unit is not making noises. I tested unit and found the unit has a bad rollor. Took unit apart and replace roller and pulley. The custoemr has a overside washer to a regular size dryer. I told custoemr that she needs to get a smaller wash. If they are doing capaciy loads on the washer they are going over capacity on the dryer.

Customer complaint unit is not turning off the light and fan stay on after closing the door. I tested the unit the switches and they are working. I pulled control and i cant see anything shorting. I tapped on the relays maybe they are stuck. I put everything back together and unit is working now. But now sometimes will turn it off and sometimes it works. CX complaint unit throws off balance error code. And will sometimes come down and clothes are still wet arrive today and inspected unit. Found FOE5 error. Cleared error code and ran diagnostic cycle unit completed cycle but did notice during spin. The tub is very wobbly. Asked customer how long this has been going on and he stated since he received the unit in February. Inspected suspension and suspension is good. Checked under unit for any kind of pinches or oil and everything look good and tight. Hand spun inner tub and found tub is not round which would easily cause this error code. ordering enter tub for return visit. Customer will call when part arrives.; ordrng 1 W11178227 (Inner tub)

Ran manual relay test on cooling fan, when testing fan F4E1 error populated, microwave cavity temp sensor. Fan relay working properly, fan spinning at correct RPM. Unit is likely experiencing voltage feedback due to issue with one or more parts. CX complaint doors are not even an LED light is flickering when opening doors. Arrived today and verified complaint found LED light does flicker when doors open and closed. Tested door switches and they are working properly. Removed old LED light assembly and installed with new part. Tested unit lights no longer flicker when opening and closing the door. Inspected leveling feet and found only right side of refrigerator foot was down causing doors to be not aligned correctly. Re-leveled unit and make sure doors were level across. Unit is now working as designed job complete

cx complaint unit not making ice. cx thinks filter may need replaced since she hasnt replaced it yet and water out of dispenser is slow. cx couldnt figure out how to take filter out and didnt want to break anything. inspected unit and verified complaint. showed cx how to remove filter. water dispenses fine with bypass cap in. tested icemaker and there is small cubes in mold. icemaker isnt harvesting but getting 120v. replaced icemaker. tested unit. icemaker harvested and filled this time. unit is now working properly.

cx complaiint that unit is not filling with wayter when checlingfoudn the code corresponding to the the issue. i found in test mode hot is good and cold is slow.. i found little chips of rock or somthing cloggedi n the cold valve and they said thy just had plumber do somthing last week so im guessing has somthing to do with that being the issue clogging the screen ran hose till nothing came out and cleaned screen and tetedn o issues elsewhere and appears to functional .

"Customer complaint is that the unit is running noisy. Ran test cyc;le and when the unit went to agitate, the motor ran, but the washplate did not move. Inspection of the drive system found the splutch pulley loose and the belt detached. belt and splutch replaced. Replacement splutch assembly did not come with a new nut, so old nut used with Loctite applied to the threads. Unit retested and is working properly. Old parts left with customer."
