CX complaint unit is not washing dishes 100%. Arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint. While inspecting unit I had found filter was not properly seated. Causing lower spray arm to get stuck underneath filter. Cleared filter and cleaned. Reinstalled filter properly remove lower spray arm and removed any clog that was stuck. Tested unit unit is now spring properly Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

I found that the unit did not restart. I found that the control we received was a used control. I am reordering the control. I have tested units like this in the past and I found out that when the ice contrainer is full and the auger spins, some ice cume hits the icamaker switch and turns it off. Called tech line, spoke to Derek and explained my tought and what I have found out. He is subbmitting the informations to the engeneering department. The unit is good"
