"Upon arrival, CX informed me the problem has gotten worse, Flame comes on then turns off after 3-5 min and wont come on till unit cools off. inspected unit, confirmed complaint. replaced control per previous tech, unitr continued to do the same thing. Inspected unit further, confirmed Igniter, coils, flame sensor, thermistor,thermal cutoffs and thermo fuse all in tact and reading good. confirmed 120 comming from control to igniter. and confirmed motor connector is secure. found unit has diag mode and fault code display via tech sheet (Wiring Diagram - W11495041 - Rev D) and found dryer is throwing 1+6 button then 6 button for F1E1 fault code( took pics) Motor failure. unit needs new motor, blower wheel.; ordrng 1 279827 (motor) and 1 WP694089 (blower wheel)"

Made sure feet were raised as high as they could go due to pan having raise edges throughout the whole thing. System seems to be clear of obstructions. Vacumed down to 30in and refilled with 4.75oz of 134A. Low side pressure was around 2in vacuum when on FC evap. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete.

"CX complaiant was that the unti would not start a wash cycle. I foudn that the the unit had a F7E3 error code. I was able to ohm out the shifter at the control and found OL. (J6 connector brown to BLK/WH ). I was able to inspect under the unit and found that the shifter was bad as well as the run cap leaking oil. I was able to replace both parts from van stock and unit test good.; used 1 dW11481722 (shifter), and 1 W11395618 (run cap) from stock"

"cx complaint unit temps are not keeping up. cx stated unit was unplugged and they cleaned the condensor and behind unit and found after 2 days the unit came back to life. first took temps and found 6 degrees FC, FC was empty besides 2 ice packs and some popsicles. RC temp was 36 degrees. RC thermistor was 7.1kohms, FC was 19.3kohms. I found test 1=01, 2=01, 3=I found both RC and FC fans work. I found all 5 pantry harness wires were severed.
