"Cx complaint is that shortly after the last repair the unit started tripping the breaker again. I verified that the unit was not on an arc fault breaker. I then reset the power and found that the compressor was running with a loud hum. I removed the panel and found that a previous company has wired the harness directly to the compressor and removed the start device and run cap. I called TL and spoke to Rich. I informed him about the issue. He recommended replace the harness, FC evap heater and start device. Cx stated that the humming noise and cooling issue started before the other company serviced the unit. I am also ordering the compressor and drier. cx has has a few issues with unit. said door gaskets are tearing and things in fridge are freezing in a few spots. units O-O-W and she knows. took temp readings first of -2 in freezer and 31 in fridge. unit set to 0 and 38. both door gaskets are torn. went over door closing and right door needs to be open when closing left door. damper is making a grinding sound and not closing as air keeps coming in when doors are open. went over unit with cx. she just wants damper replaced as shes not paying that much for gaskets. replaced damper and now its quiet and working. advised cx to give unit a day or 2 so temps will adjust and things thaw out a bit. job complete.

came out and replaced parts. started with drain pump then harness then control. powered unit on and did reset 5 times and tried DLMS cycle and unit would not start. checked all plugs and wires. tries starting normal cycle and unit kept saying shut lid. lids shut and latch good. lock is not locking. tried replacing consol before that and it would go through steps and after last step unit wouldnt power on. put o;d one back on. tested and checked and 2 parts needed. fixed other issues and nothing burning or sparking. when unit shorted must of took lock out. plenty of both parts and advised cx for all the troubles office will see what they can do to rush them back on the schedule.; ordrng 1 W11395618 (Capacitor) and 1 W11394572 (Lid Lock)

Installled new harness and pantry and the UI. After installing the UI and harness the water valve still not working only the ice dispensing. I tested water valve and i am not getting any power to the valve. The valve is reading 238 k ohms. power comes directly from the main control after it gets the signal from the UI. The customer stated that the Pantry UI was ordered to fix that so she wanted to get a refund. I quoted for the main control and UI and used what she paid for the pantry UI towards the other boards and removed the pantry UI and installed the old one and same thing. "Customer complaint is that the unit clicks when the door is opened or when it is started. Unit tested and issue confirmed. Tested for power from the interlock switches to the microwave appliance manager and found steady power from the interlocks, but not from the neutral side. Inspection of the neutral side found the cavity thermostat burnt out and part of the harness to the thermostat bubbled. Interlock assembly w/ thermostat replaced and unit retested. Unit is working properly. Old part left with customer."

"CX complains unit is taking too long to heat up. Found bake element to read O.L. thermal fuse reads 0.0 ohms, broil element reads 16 ohms. Unit is recieving 240vAC to unit and also to elements. Unit will need bake element replaced. Quoted CX for repair, CX agreed. Was able to replace bake element with pre I.D. part. tested unit and unit now reaches 450*F within designated timeframe. unit is working as designed, no further work needed. CX paid in full with check# 3400. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED"

"cx complaint unit was coming out and the unit was off. inspected unit and entered diag and found f7e6, f8e3. I found inlet valve is stuck slightly open due to settlement stuck in it. I found shut off valves are leaking. unit needs inlet valve, but cx needs to replace water valves before we can replace inlet valve. cold water valve is still leaking water into tub due to the water not being able to shut off. I found hot water valve leaks when opened from jam nut. once valves are replaced cx will call in to set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11210459 (inlet valve)"

I foun d that the drain pump harness is broken at the drain pup connector. UNit will need 1 new wire harness (W11568984). I quoted CX for the cost of repair in the amount of $333.56. I collected $120.00 for service charges via credit card. CX will call inot office if repair is wanted.

"CX complaint unit would not start after my previous visit. I had found the thermal fuse was bad causing unit not to start or heat arrive today. Remove the lid and front panel gained access to thermal fuse. Replaced fuse and reinstall all parts tested unit unit is now starting and heating, customer cleaned vent by himself using a tool purchased online. I explained we would like to have them professionally cleaned and he understands that if it was not properly clean, this will happen again. Unit is working as intended. Job complete."

cx complaint is no ice or different sizes and keeps freezing up. took temp readings first of -3 in freezer 34 in fridge. unit set to 38 and -1. tested and checked unit. cx said temps never change when they change on UI to try to see if that works or not. left door has slight cave in spot where switch hits but not enough to not push switch in as i closed multiple times with right door open and held switch and switch worked with door. will order parts needed to repair. unit might have a wireing issue in unit thats shorting power or signal. as soon as everything goes through and parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 WPW10300024 (Ice Maker) and 1 WPW10300024 (Harness) and 1 W11542754 (UI Black) and 1 W11043763 (Control)

Cx complaint is that the middle drawer is not seating correctly and the doors are smugging. Upon arrival I found that the middle slide is not able to slide back far enough to seat in the grooves. I removed the rear evap cover and found that the fitting for the reservoir was wedged between the foam and cover causing the cover to bulge on the LH side. I was able to get the fitting in place. i was then able to reinstall the cover and the slides are now going into place. Unit is now functioning as intended.
