Ran diagnostic cycle after clearing error codes unit completed cycle and sounded perfect. Error code F3 E3 came back cleared error code and ran factory calibration and error code came back. Inspected water valve. Everything is connected properly . Ran component activation when turning on cold valve water comes out cold and turning on hot valve. Water comes out hot. Control is not sensing temperature. Inspected under unit and found no oil. No pinched harness. Everything looks good. Ran HMI test to check all of button activity and everything work properly. Asked customer to show me how he use his unit and found that when customer was trying to start, he would press button one time, not realizing he had to hold a button down for three seconds.
