Cx complaint is that the unit has not made ice since the last repair. Upon arrival I found that the unit didnt have and error code. I then ran test 57 and 45 and it harvested and filled. I then ran test 36 and found that the ice box fan is pulsing when it starts and take time to get up to speed. I checked the incoming voltage when in test 36 and found 14.2 VDC. I then exited diag and verified that the voltage did not return when the FC evap fan came on. The control is not sending voltage to the fan in normal operation. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is making a clunking noise. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. I then ran a Service Diagnostics Test on the unit. No abnormal noises. Ran a quick Wash on the unit without clothes. No clunking noise. Ran unit with a load of clothes then ran Drain & Spin on the unit. Washer is off balanced with a load because in the Washer Room there is squishy carpet on the whole floor. Cx will need a hard surface for it not to get off balanced. Unit is working as Designed. CX complaint is that when the unit is agitating it is making a loud grinding noise. I was able to enter diag and foudn a F7E7 error code. I cleared the code and inspected under the unit. I found that the splutch was grinding causing white dust covering the gearcase and the under side parts. I removed the spluthc and found the teeth ground down. I replaced the splutch and ran a recalibration and a auto test. Unit test good.
