Customer complaint unit is leaking into the refrigerator the unit still cooling. I found the unit is defrosting but is not draining water. I thawed the ice and tested heater and the unit heater is working. I notice the heater is really far away from the hole and notice the holdet was not even bent to hold the heater down near the hole to keep water from freezing. Secured the heater and the hole should not be getting stuck anymore. Unit is back to normal operations.

Customer complaint unit is not draining. I found f9e1 error. I pulled unit and found installers did not removed old hose from the old dishwasher and just added the new hose on top of the old one and the hose got kink. Removed the kink and extrahose. I teste again and the pump was turning on and off. I check ohms and found the connector was loose. The hose was coild up under the unit it may have been pushed out when the unit was pushed in. Reseated the connector and locked it. Unit is now draining and is back to normal operations.

CX complai t is that the unti was not completing a wash cycle. I found that the nunti had a F7E2 error code stored in diag. I cleared the code and ran a test cycle. I found that during the test cycle the agitator would just move slightly causing a small cliking sound ad the shifter hit the splutch. I was able to inspect under the unti and found that the shifter was faulty. I also found oil leaking form the splutch and collecting in the sheild. Unit will need new geacase. I quoted CX for the cost of replairs in the amount of $689.26. I collected $120.00 Cash for service charges. CX informed em that she intends on buying new unit. Cash for service charg ($120.00) was plased in a white envolpe.
