"cx complaint unit not drying clothes, takes 2 cycles to get clothes dry. cx had vent cleaning company clean vent and they said the vent is good now. inspected unit, no errors stored. unit is heating good and i have lint on back side of lint screen. airflow coming out of vent feels weaker than coming out back of dryer. cx said its new hard pipe after the vent goes into the wall and its a straight run after that to the outlet. cx did mention it is a long run. im suspecting the run may be too long for this unit. ordering vent test kit and cycling thermostat scheduled return visit for 6/1; ordrng 1 WP8577274 (cycling thermostat) and 1 W11224254 (vent test kit)"

"CX complaint is WM bangs. Inspected/tested found entire floor under washer covered with rodent feeces. Requested CX at least sweep for me to continue service which he did. In spin unit does bang all over. Checked suspension and it appeared ok. Attempted to level unit several times but WM still rocked and banged in spin. Was hesitent to dig further into unit because of the amount of feeces on the floor. CX is aware and signed that area will be cleaned prior to our tech returning.
