"cx complaint unit still left called clothes wet at end of cycle twice since we were last here. Inspected unit and found 0 saved error codes saved. ran test 12 and found unit completed cycle without issue. I asked cx what setting is used when unit is used and was told regular, cold wash. I turned unit on and found it saved last setting and units spin was in the off postion. called TL was told if unit is finished with spin in the off postion that unit will save that. cx is turning unit on and just hitting start. I ran a quick wash with a high speed spin and found unit finished with no issue. cx needs to run cycle with spin on high and unit will then save that setting. unit checks good."

cx has a few issues with unit. says lights flash or are oiut at times and ice issues and a loud fan noise. units O-O-W and she knows. took temp readings first of 21 in freezer 39 in fridge 39 through ice maker and no fan. found freezer evap frozen over and flan blade hitting ice. also found no air through ice maker as well as right FF door gasket torn. no issues with lights or anything else. as of today unit will need freezer fan as well as icemaker fan replaced. went over unit and quote with them. shes not happy and calling Kitchenaid about this and will call back. she paid service and given quote. extra labor charged for defrost if needed.; ordrng 1 W10846539 (Icemaker Fan 188.83) and 1 W11249952 (Evap Fan 125.87)

I found no issues with the gasket , but the door to be miss molded not allowing the gasket to securely set in the door. I am ordering 1 RC Door (LW10668874) and 1 door gasket (W11240749). CX complaint unit is violently moving during spin cycle as well as making a small noise during some point of wash cycle. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found unit was unlevel by almost one whole inch on one side. Inspected underneath unit and found a lot of soapy residue buildup that legs were sitting on. Placed unit into diagnostic mode and found no error codes after re leveling unit and cleaning area Unit was sitting on. ran diagnostic cycle and unit completed cycle with no issues. Re-Checked for error codes and had none. re-calibrated unit and tested another time and unit completed again with no issues Explain to customer that issues could have just been the leveling of feet and what it was sitting on. unit is working as designed no parts needed job complete

"Cs unit is not cooling, confirmed complaint. Upon arrival i noticed compressor and evap fan not running. Entered diagnotics and verified cond. and evap fan are working but the compressor is getting super hot and shuts down. Compressor runs for about 30seconds pulls 489watts 2.5amps then shuts down and shakes the unit. Compressor too hot to touch. Unit needs a compressor, ordering compressor 2ct sealed system. Will return with thermistor and fan incase needed. Parts and lbaor covered under entitlements. Collected $120 for diag.; ordrng 1 W10507884 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (drier) and 1 WP978025 (svc valve) (Advised customer to leave unit unplugged to prevent any further repairs but they insisted to leave it plugged in.)"

"Cx complaint unit is not igniting in top oven. Arrived and inspected unit. Verified complaint. Placed unit into a bake and broil. Cycle and igniters never came on when turning on bake or broil control clicks, but nothing happens. Tested voltage at both igniters and was getting numbers from .23vac to 4.34vac and was bouncing back and forth. Gas never came on. Bottom oven worked perfectly, went to quote and found control is no longer available. Cx paid 120.00 for service call."
