Customer complaint unit is not draining. I found f9e1 error. I pulled unit and found installers did not removed old hose from the old dishwasher and just added the new hose on top of the old one and the hose got kink. Removed the kink and extrahose. I teste again and the pump was turning on and off. I check ohms and found the connector was loose. The hose was coild up under the unit it may have been pushed out when the unit was pushed in. Reseated the connector and locked it. Unit is now draining and is back to normal operations.

"Cs unit is not cooling, confirmed complaint. Upon arrival i noticed compressor and evap fan not running. Entered diagnotics and verified cond. and evap fan are working but the compressor is getting super hot and shuts down. Compressor runs for about 30seconds pulls 489watts 2.5amps then shuts down and shakes the unit. Compressor too hot to touch. Unit needs a compressor, ordering compressor 2ct sealed system. Will return with thermistor and fan incase needed. Parts and lbaor covered under entitlements. "cx complaint is she believes she smells something burning when unit is running. tested and checked unit. cx said when unit started aggitating unit made loud screeching sound then didnt sound or run right and then she smelled something, she drained and unplugged unit and left it alone. pulled unit to find clutch nut off and belt slipped down and wore down outter lip of motor pully and burnes as it was rubbing. replaced motor and belt and tightened nut and recalibrated and ran auto test and unit now checks. called unit in to report and document. went over everything with cx. unit checks. job complete."

cx has a few issues with unit. says lights flash or are oiut at times and ice issues and a loud fan noise. units O-O-W and she knows. took temp readings first of 21 in freezer 39 in fridge 39 through ice maker and no fan. found freezer evap frozen over and flan blade hitting ice. also found no air through ice maker as well as right FF door gasket torn. no issues with lights or anything else. as of today unit will need freezer fan as well as icemaker fan replaced. went over unit and quote with them. shes not happy and calling Kitchenaid about this and will call back. she paid service and given quote. extra labor charged for defrost if needed.; ordrng 1 W10846539 (Icemaker Fan 188.83) and 1 W11249952 (Evap Fan 125.87)

"CX complaint is that the unit is again DOA. I found that the afgter the last service call the unit powered on and the lid locked. CX informed me that the unti powered off . I was able to inspect the uinti and found that the control has the propper 120V's , but no indecator light is lite. I was able to take a reistanse reading of the drain pump at J6 connecotr and founda resistanse reading of 1.5 OHM's out side of spect 17-21OHM's . I am orderign 1 drain pump (W11399437).
